Need to adjust the Large Nut on the Shower Head Bracket to adjust the vertical position

I needed to adjust the Large Nut on the Shower Head Bracket to adjust the vertical position. I included an screen shot from the manual that shows the Large Nut. When first installed the shower head drooped and would not stay up in a suitable position. The instructions did not say anything about vertical positioning, but I say what looked like a large gray plastic nut. Using a large adjustable wrench I was able to push the bracket up and tightened the nut. I did it very gently since it looked like an opportunity break something. Otherwise the install is a snap.

Five minute install, great water pressure!

We ordered a couple other shower heads and returned them because they did not function as described. This one is perfect. And the "cleaning" strong spray is strong!! I love it.

Okay

I wanted a wider shower head and this one seemed perfect. Unlike others I have no problem with the high pressure rinse; my problem is with the shower pattern. If I use just the spray part there is a "hole" in the center of the water spray. To get water sprayed out of the entire surface, I need to use the massage option in the center - not comfortable.
