Fashionable and FUNCTIONAL

I've become fond of the Vera Bradley line. I've gotten some solid items, I've gotten stinkers. I have purses, clothing, storage items, tote bags, accessories, and dishes. This plate is sturdy, and not too lightweight - but not heavy. Medium thickness. And, for small appetites - this works GREAT for portion control. Easy to care for. I've had read sauces on it as well as cheese-based sauces. No staining. I don't tend to use sharp objects on it to preserve it, as well as washing by hand. I even purchased a second one since I had this print in 2 tumblers. Love it and likely would get more.

A simple small plate perfect for the breakfast toast

I wanted to replace another non-glass plate of the same size. This fit the bill. Lightweight, easy to clean, just right for a simple meal. Pretty enough to make it feel like a fancy meal. Not microwave safe but that's ok for my use.

% off….much better

My only issue is the price point on these plates…it looks like the seller has realized this as being overpriced and has reduced with a % off. The updated price is more realistic. Depending on the plate size, you’re roughly spending around $4-$5 per plate. Much easier on the wallet to put together a set for outdoor dining. These plates are perfect for patio or pool. Very nice plates, durable and coordinates with other matching pieces. Great set and no concerns about breakage. Recommended

Melamine salad plate

I got the Vera Bradley Women's Indoor/Outdoor Melamine Salad Plate in Prairie Floral. I think I like the pattern a little bit more against the clear acrylic of the matching pitcher and cups. It is still cute on the white plate. This is a lightweight plate and fairly thin. It is dishwasher safe, but not microwave safe. I do find that to be a notable drawback. I've already found myself wanting to microwave things on it a few times. This is currently $5.60. I think that is a decent price. This is a convenient plate for parties. It is more environmentally friendly than single-use disposable plates, but if it gets damaged, no harm is done. It would also be nice if it came in a set. This plate is cute and does the job, but it does not have a wow factor.

Excellent value

I love the americana style the plate has. It's not as thick as most plates usually are but in this case It's a good thing. Stylish good quality plate, can't go wrong.

The Smaller Plate

Color: Prairie Floral A nice melamine plate that is good to use if you tend to put a hurting on your dishes. Melamine is a type of plastic often used in such dishware. It's thin and very lightweight. Easy to use and is ideal for outdoor dinning. Also good for households that can be rough with their dishes. Kids come to mind. The print makes them look nice and even a bit dainty. Be aware that this is the smaller plate. Smaller than a dinner plate but is good for desserts, holding smaller breakfast items such as toast of a muffin, or something like a hamburger. Cleans easily and can be placed in a dishwasher. Just don't put it in a microwave oven.

Nice

I have several pieces in both Java Navy and Prairie Floral, so just adding to the collections. It's nice and thick, and I use it mainly for snacking. If taken care of, these types of things last a long time.

Very cute plate! It’s durable, adorable, and holds up well in the dishwasher. It’s lightweight which I appreciate as well. Highly recommend!
