A Third Hand

This was just what I needed to help me manage my luggage through the airport. I have to bring an under-seat carry-on when I travel for my computer and teaching equipment, but the carry-on does not have swivel wheels. I simply place the carry-on on top of my regular suitcase, attach the strap and I can roll along through the terminal and parking lots. It is like having a third hand.

Lock

Lock is very difficult to open. I know it should be for security but this one is much tighter than needed and in comparison to other straps I've had.

Worked Well

I was a little concerned about buying these because of some of the reviews that said they had slipped off when they retrieved their luggage but I didn't find this to be an issue at all. I have a hard sided suitcase with sort of a pebbly texture so maybe that helped rather than a super slick surface. Only drawback is they are hard to adjust while on, I had to keep unclipping them, tightening a little, then reclipping to get them to the optimal length but once you do it once you can just leave it at that length and not do it again. The floral is a super fun pattern.

Cute but fell off!

Used the strap on my suitcase for the first time for a trip to Key West this weekend. It is very cute and was easy to adjust. But it disappeared on the flight home. The clasp is plastic and I’m thinking it busted or somehow became undone. I think I’ll look for one with a metal clasp.

Looks good, easily visible, strong strap but clasp is too easy to do and undo. It came undone during its first use and was lost in transit.

It doesn't stay tight. Every time I collect my luggage after the flight, I find the strap very loose. It gets loosen during the flight. It is not doing the job it is supposed to do.
