Received a newer model than the one purchased but it does work
the old model clearly states where the black motor goes, the new model that i received does not. the motor is connected to L1. L2 is the old L1, the blk power input, the old L2 (white) is now connected to the neutral. 4 and 5 are the same as the old version. buying this part, and installing it myself, saved me $300 good luck

Do not use Zappysales! ...do not buy this item.
This item, while carrying the same product number as the one to be replaced, is constructed with a different format for the contacts. the locations have been rearranged, and you need to purchase additional wires to account for different size contacts. Additionally, ours was defective, and contact with the seller for refund was completely ignored, so no refunds available. $85 piece of plastic isn't even heavy enough to be a paperweight, ...useless piece of junk!
