Appears to be well made

I ordered a half size larger to allow for more room in the toe box. Easy to get on and off. Comfortable. Only downside is the usual tongue design found on nearly all hikers of this type, where the top of the tongue may bulge outward and prevent your pant cuffs from slipping past the tongue when standing up or getting out of your vehicle (tongue needs to be a bit shorter and a bit wider to allow the laces to secure it). 4 stars as I've only worn these for a few months, so longevity remains a question at this point. The eyelets have not shredded the laces so far. I'm good for the entire day wearing these.

Comfortability

Shows are so comfortable. I just got tte all black and I use them as casual shoes. Timberland never fails to bring shoes to market that are durable and comfortable. I highly suggest these shoes. Also thank Amazon for understanding my situation and going over and beyond to make another attempt to deliver my product.

The size chart makes no sense!

Perfect boots for outdoors! I needed an 8 in women’s , I got an 8 in men’s . I wish they would’ve had these in my size there are absolutely the perfect boots that I wanted for outdoors.

Just Purchased

I just purchased these and have not worn them yet. I can say shipping and delivery was awesome. The boots are sized as expected, overall good comfort and quality looks good right out of the box. I will have more of a review in a month or so. Boots purchased for Security work, lots of walking and standing for long periods of time.

Perfect for hard working feet

I bought these boots because I'm a custodian, and on my feet for 9 hours a day. I have to walk on all kinds of slippery surfaces, through mud, gravel, you name it. I also have a tailors bunion, that makes finding comfortable work boots a challenge. I am so thrilled I found these boots!! They are more comfortable than any tennis shoe I've ever owned. I practically forget I even have feet. I'm going to buy myself another pair, and buy a pair for everyone in my family. No one can be happy if their feet hurt. Do the world a favor, and buy comfortable shoes. Im a woman, but I usually buy men's shoes since I have wide feet. In women's shoes I normally wear a 10 wide, but I knew I'd be wearing thick socks with these boots so I bought a man's 9.5 wide, and they are perfect! I cannot recommend them enough! 5+ stars!

Comfort!!

I love the comfort. Not light not heavy. Just right. Waterproof is definitely a fact. If I had to address one thing. The shoe strings are longer than needed.

Insole

I like the overall style and material quality of this boot, however the insole needs serious improvement. The description is unfortunately contradictory to the noticeable lack of comfort within the 30 minutes of wearing these boots. Improve the insole comfort quality, and you’ll have a winner….

Most Comfortable boot for work ever!

My husband works in construction as an electrician and loves these boots, he has not ever had a pair so comfortable in 30 years. They also add about and inch and a half to his height so he is really happy with them! Great quality, we chose the 11w for comfort cause his feet swell a bit while working. He normally wears the 11. This made a huge difference and he loves them even more cause of it.

The overall colour is a little lighter.

Well made. I think it has a normal size 12 fit. Good support and used for winter and hiking.

Positive First Impression Stands Test of Time

Boots arrived today, two days ahead of scheduled delivery date. First impression on taking them out of the box and lacing them up: lighter than expected, fit like a glove (men's size 7), sturdy and comfortable. Have worn them all day with a pair of hiking socks and feet have not overheated. Have taken three good walks that have included up and downhill sections as well as flat stretches. These boots feel like they are already broken in and I have been wearing them forever. In addition to the foregoing, the look is classic. Provided they hold up over time and tough terrain (time will tell), I'm happy to offer this glowing review. I’ve now worn these boots for 5 months in all kinds of terrain. First impression has held true. Love everything about these boots!

Wide for timberlands

Good boots, they are holding up well and fit my wide feet ok. Most timberlands seem to fit narrow on me but these are more comfortable for my wider foot.
