Amazing product

Pretty good for the price I paid
I bought these boots "used like new": they arrived new as far as I could tell (laces looked factory tied/knotted, no visible walking wear; like they'd never even been tried on). Of course YMMV on "used". A coworker said he had a pair of Timberlands (don't know what model) that were so uncomfortable he gave up trying to break them in after 2 weeks. Armed with that knowledge, I bought a pair of gel insoles before my boots arrived. The factory insoles were extra cheapo light foam. Installed the aftermarket insoles on top of the factory insoles (for extra padding). They're not uncomfortable for daily work use. After 3 days, I noticed the rubber seam on the tip of the right toe'd come unglued (meant to but forgot to take a pic) like there was just enough glue to seal it. I didn't want to return them because the price was great. I take it that quality inspection thought it looked fine but couldn't see the tiny bit of glue holding it together. After a few days of actual use, the seam failed (it never did let water in though; I worked in puddles during that time). Fixed it with some tent/cloth repair glue (not sneaker glue) & It looks fine now.

Comfortable steel toe
I always go back to this style and brand because they offer a comfortable durable boot at a halfway decent price. I think for what I paid there's probably not much out there that would offer better. I love the protection this boot gives me. The grip is very good and durable and the weight is just light enough to not bother my loose knees so I don't have to sacrifice durability for a light boot, this boot is just the right balance for me. My only concern with this pair is some of the stitching for the re-enforced toe is already starting to give out. If I'd given a little more thought I would have stayed with the same brand however opted for the fully re-enforced covering the whole front of the boot. This would place the stitching farther back letting wear occur. I will hopefully get a year out of them and not look like a hobo by that time but I'm not optimistic. This a style for a job site foreman who might help you hold or carry something not for someone doing the real work. Great boot I just question the durability of this style.

Great Boot For The Money
The only reason I gave it a 4 star, is because they are relatively new, & I can't comment on durability or water resistance. They look very well made, & I expect them to last. After a couple of days breaking them in, they are very comfortable. The sole insert helps as well.

Dont waste your money !
The media could not be loaded. These are flat out , the worst boots I have ever purchased. I am 53 year old truck driver, all I do is drive all day, thats all they've been worn for. I really hope someone doesnt have to learn the hard way like I did. Hope the pictures say it all, JUNK !

Unbelievable comfort and Fit
Hands down, the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. Perfect fit right out of the box - ZERO break-in period. Have worn them many hours doing landscaping and they are very rugged and durable.

Steel toe makes it uncomfortable
The shoe is very good but the steel toe makes it uncomfortable and hurts fingers, not possible to use this shoes in a full day work journey
