Useful Information

Good quality and great price for lags. Twist off a head here and there, which is usually my fault. If you’re experiencing more than 2-5% twisting off at the head, best check your technique before you go scowling the manufacturer. Make sure your pilot hole exceeds the seated depth of the screw by at least 1/2”. Some materials may require slightly larger diameter pilots. I set with an impact driver installing into standard 2x4, 2x6 etc lumber. My neighbors hate me. If the need arises to tighten or remove these lags, I would advise a hand ratchet and drill/driver , respectively. Further use of an impact tool after initially setting the lag could snap it.

Use a pilot hole!

For the guy who said they were dull. Try using a pilot hole! 3/16" or 1/4" and they'll go right in. Do that consistently and the number you twist off will drop and you won't be tearing up your wood.

good enough - box store quality. But they cost 1/3 the price so definitely buy unless you are building the space shuttle or something where strength and tolerance are key factors.
