FALSE REPRESENTATION

The level of wear and tear to this item after 6 showers over 3 yrs (guest bathroom) is unbelievable!!! I reported the issue to Amazon and they say the order is too old and then to Symmons who say that Amazon is a third party so they will not deal with any issues. I spent over $1500 on these units for my home and they are appalling! Amazon falsely represents themselves as a Symmons dealer, which is why I purchased from them. LEARN FROM ME - BUY ELSEWHERE

Waste of money

We purchased this for our masterbath at the recommendation of our plumber… it’s horrible. We purchased a similar product for the other bathroom from Home Depot- not this brand 1/3 the price and it’s fantastic.

The best brand you've never heard of!

Symmons makes a great product. Their SKUs have a learning curve but their customer service folks are fabulous at telling you exactly what part you need to accomplish your goal - i.e., which valve to put with which trim. The only downside, I'd say, is that SOME of the touchable pieces on their trims are chrome plated plastic. This is no different than any of the other brands like Delta, Kohler and Moen. If you don't like those it's easy enough to find metal drains, tub spouts, hand held showers, etc. from other makers. Amazon has a slew of them.
