Perfect little swing

My daughter enjoys hours on this swing. It easy very easy to put together, install, adjust or remove and set somewhere else. Money well spent.

Just A Swinging

Although you could put this swing anywhere, I wanted it to hang from a tree. You can use this swing in two distinct ways: you can sit it up like a chair or you can lay it down like a recliner, and you can swing in both positions. Although the instructions claim it can support up to 400 pounds, I'm not sure I'd want to put that to the test, but I can say with certainty that it does, in fact, safely support 200 pounds. It has a patented sure-lock suspension mechanism and appears to have a robust frame. If you chose, you could hang it either indoors or outdoors. Generally speaking, I adore the swing. Even my kids enjoy it too. It's no problem for the youngsters to swing and play on it. For myself, however, I do have a minor issue. Adults can find the bar where the backs of their legs rest a little unpleasant. I wrapped it with some of the material used to wrap a pipe for the winter and it no longer bothers me. It was never a problem for the kids.

Children and Adults Love It and It's Very well made!

My husband and I are 76 years old. We had the chair put together and hung within an hour. Depressing the metal button required using something thin to hold the metal button down (like the unsharp edge of a knife) just before snapping it together. After the first one of four, it was a breeze. Our tree branch is 8 feet off the ground and 20" around. I ordered the Swurfer 5 ft tree swing strap but the 3 ft would have worked. We wrapped the extra length around the branch. The straps come with carabiners which make attaching the chair ropes easy. The ropes need to be adjusted thru the "S" hooks to get the chair into the desired position (mine was a sitting position). My grandchildren also love the Tree Chair. It is the most comfortable for me if I add a throw pillow to sit on. Both the chair and straps manufacturing quality is very high. Thumbs up!

Broke in less than a month.

I bought two of these for my daughter about a month ago and today the bottom frame broke in half and she fell to the ground. This is very rough on the kid's hands and legs so I had to put a pool noodle in place to make it more comfortable. I don't recommend this to any parents. The sad thing is that I cant return it or exchange it.

Great, comfortable swing. Make sure to buy attachment hardware!

My 8 year-old son and 4 year-old daughter both enjoy this swing. It feels well-made and is comfortable to sit in. Two reasons why I rated this 4 stars rather than 5. First, it doesn’t come with the proper hardware to attach it to a swing set apparatus. Luckily, I’d purchased two quick-links for an unrelated project, and they worked well. Second, and most importantly, the swing tends to rapidly rotate forward when one of the kids is trying to get off. The swing becomes nearly vertical. We have to help both kids down or else they’ll fall flat on their face.
