Good Toy For Small Birds
I bought this for a White Bellied Caique which is bigger than a Cockatiel. If he were an "active chewer" this toy would have been destroyed in less than a day. That's not to say that it isn't a nice looking, well made toy. It is a great toy for parakeets, finches, and maybe cockatiels, but if you have a larger bird I would go for a stronger toy.

Disappointed
The shape is fun. But the balls are very thin. I found my parakeets chewing and looking like they were eating the strand. The balls are much thinner and more brittle than other rattan bird toys I have used. My bird loves bells so he was intrigued at having three. The bells at the end wiggle easily of the wire for a human do I replaced the flimsy balls with larger, stronger rattan balls.

Cockatiel Enjoyed This Little Toy
My cockatiel has gotten a good deal of enjoyment from this colorful toy. She chewed most of it up in about 3 weeks, which I consider a pretty good investment, and will definitely be purchasing more of these to have on hand. The two little wicker balls that she had not chewed up, I took off and she now plays with them as foot toys. Good little toy!

Fun toy
My cockatiel loves these little wicker ball toys. She could spend all day tearing those little balls apart and this toy looks cute and I buy the Super Bird Creations little package of the colored balls that is sold on Amazon and just replace them as she tears them apart so the toy was a one time purchase and I buy the 24 pack of replacement balls and just keep refilling it.

birds liked it but shredded it in two(2) days.
My fanatical lovebirds liked this, but they shredded one side w/i 24 hours and then the next side in the next 24 hours. They had colored beaks to show for their munching --came home and the vestiges of the last ball was green/peacock color and their beaks were rimmed with this color. I most likely made it too accessible, i.e., near a perch, should be solitary and make them work for it by clinging to the side of the cage vs. sitting on a perch and munching away.

Parakeets loved this. Mama didn't
My parakeets loved this chew toy but I'm not real happy with it. I have 4 parakeets and they devoured it in 2 days. Toys are expensive and need to last longer with wood chips and other things for them to chew. Also they pulled the balls right off and they fell to the bottom of the cage where I had to clean them up. So, about 1/3 of the little balls they love to chew were wasted.

I have a bird with destructive chewing and he LOVED this toy - he dismantled it in a few days (if you have a destructive chewer, this is a compliment,) and got defensive when I tried to remove the bells and metal wire the wicker balls were on. This was his favorite and I will definitely buy it again. Very entertaining for smaller parrots (it's too small for an African Grey) with destructive chewing issues.

great toy
He loves the toy . He has it almost destoryed in a week but that what this type of toy is for. He plays/ chews on it everyday. It is smaller than I thought it would be but Buddy LOVES it. Arrived fast, decent price and my bird loves it : )
