They work and they are green. They are not green for very long though. From the beginning they are dimmer than they should be but that was not a big deal because they were just a decoration. They are only on at night and just for a few hours each time. After 6 or 8 weeks, the green seems to have shrunk and cracked inside the bulb. Now they are just clear bulbs with splatters of dingy green. They are outdoors so maybe that speeds the process but they are not in extreme weather. In my opinion, they are fine for a temporary decoration as long as you don't expect them to last.

Fit my Costco light string perfect!

These bulbs fit my Costco outdoor light string perfect. Bought enough to make my 2 sets orange for Halloween. Looks great. Only gave 4 stars because 3 of the 48 bulbs had the colored glass bulb detached from the metal base. Easy fix with some electrical tape. Probably purchase more bulbs in different colors for the upcoming holidays.

Halloween colors

I bought many if these packs. The red and blue ( sun fades the blue to clear) fir 4th July, green and clear St. Patrick's day and now yellow and orange to mix with the clear for Halloween. Easy to change and the grandkids love it.

Garbage socket part broken on all but a couple..... horrible and not on just one order but two
