Saved my sofa!

I lost the "no dogs on the couch" battle with my Rottie. He's just too dang cute... But I LOVE my light gray sofa too. These cushion covers worked wonderfully. Very stretchy so it fit the lage cushions, the pillow backs and the smaller cushions. I have washed them a few times and they've held up beautifully. I want to purchase some in light gray so that there's not so much of a contrast. Woild absolutely recommend. Just fyi... They are not waterproof or anything. But they keep the dirt and hair off the couch.

Will take a little to keep in place, but I still love it!

I used clips and small bungies to keep them from "migrating" while I squirm away on my desk chair all day, but once that was done they stay put and are comfy, easy to clean, and moderately durable. The fabric is fairly thin, and won't hold up to pets of any size, but otherwise they're great.

Orange Be Bright!

We let our dogs up on our outdoor furniture and purchased these to help protect the fabric and control hair. They are extremely stretchy and soft - they installed with ease and I am very happy. We ordered the orange and it is very BRIGHT - just beware! I will likely order these again in a different color as the quality is great.

Fits well

It fits well. I used this on my chair, the one where the dog sits, so I can remove and wash it when it gets dirty. I might need to order a spare to have one on hand when the other is in the wash. The only problem I have is the fabric does pick up lint and fur so I have to go over it with a lint roller every once in a while.

Ok, but doesn't stretch as much as it says it will

I bought two of the size large to fit over the cushions on my patio sectional that's in my sunroom (not outside as the fabric would not work for outdoors). The sectional is L shaped and both sides measured exactly 75" which is at the very top of the fit range for the large. I expected it to be a bit tight, however, it was next to impossible to get the fabric to cover the entire area. I did end up stretching it to get it on but the corners were not at the corner of the cushions, but rather on top, so it looked extremely ill fitting and would not have been surprised if it ended up coming off at some point. What I ended up doing was covering two sections of the couch with one of the large covers. Two sections was 50" which was much less than the range for the large cover (which states it should fit 59" - 75") but it fit nicely. So I ended up ordering a third to cover all the cushions. The fabric seems nice and cozy, but just keep in mind if ordering that the cover will not come anywhere close to fitting 75" comfortably. Especially since it may end up shrinking a bit when washed/dried. Happy to have found something to cover the cushions, though not thrilled to have to purchase a third cover to do so.

Lifesaver for flaking RV sleeper sofa

Our 'bonded leather' RV tri-fold sleeper sofa started flaking/peeling after 3 years and maybe 25 uses of our camper. It created a huge mess, along with a huge amount of frustration and anger on our part. The sad part is the frame and build of the sofa was just fine. It's that junky bonded leather that falls apart anywhere it touches your skin. Since we still use the sleeper portion and the width is limited, we were pretty much stuck with either figuring out a way to cover the sofa or replacing it with another $1500 one (which Lippert has now switched to vinyl, go figure). Re-upholstering wasn't a viable option, so my first attempt was to purchase a 1 piece slip cover to place over the entire sofa. While this worked, it required me to take it off each time we used the sleeper sofa which is multiple times a year when my son goes camping with me. This resulted in a huge flake mess all over our RV and each day we spent 10-15 mins vacuuming up the pieces. Just to do it all again the next night. So, i needed a better solution. I found these Subrtex individual pieces on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I ended up with left/right T-cushion back covers, a double seat cover and 2 arm covers. The pictures show the before and after. But, note these were taken early on and I was able to adjust the arm covers so they tapered perfectly with the contours on the arms and completely cover the bonded leather all the way to the back. Still, this should give you an idea of how the final product looks. With these in place the sofa sleeper still works perfectly. No interference, nothing to remove. Just lift off the 2 back cushions as usual and fold out the sofa. And the best part is that all of the flaking material is completely covered up even when the bed is folded out, so no more flakes! As far as my overall thoughts: the material seems to be well made, doesn't have any strong smell (though we washed/air dried all of the pieces first). It has a good amount of stretch so it's easy to get good coverage. The arm covers came with a few upholstery anchors which helped hold them in place. I'm planning to order more off Amazon and use those to ensure the bench area doesn't move around as well (though it hasn't so far). All in all, this has so far been a very good and economic solution to a very messy problem. I recommend them. If you have a cat (ours doesn't travel with us) then you might want to consider something else, because this material wouldn't hold up to clawing. But, it works fine with our dog, though we use a beach towel to protect the bench material from stains and smells.

perfect fit!

I was skeptical about how flexible these would be as my cushions are an irregular shape but they are stretchy enough to adapt to any shape and still retain a nice tailored look. My cats and my dog are also happy because I've quit nagging them to "get off"!

So I don’t think these will keep liquids from soaking through to the seats but I figured that when I bought these. BUT they add a nice pop of color to our gray RV and they fit great!! A little tiny bit loose but they might shrink in the wash anyway. I bought 2 sets just to swap during washing. Love these!! Of course check your measurements!!
