Great kitchen but multiple missing Items!!

UPDATE: Reached out to the manufacturer and they are sending me the missing parts! They responded very quickly! I think Amazon just needs to update their pictures and descriptions. I'm really disappointed on the huge difference between what we received and what was advertised. When we put it together I thought surely this isn't everything but I thought maybe it was. After checking the reviews on here I discovered we are missing several items. We're missing stickers, a serving spoon, all sauces except ketchup and mustard, strainer, travel coffee mug, bowls, tall cups, etc....the picture shows everything we got in the package. I have reached out to Step2 but I don't anticipate a response based on what I have read. Buyer beware!

Easy assembly but missing a few parts (UPDATE: parts discontinued)

The media could not be loaded. Assembly was quick and easy, make sure you have a 4 tip screwdriver to assemble everything. You will also need to make sure the screw driver is long and thin if you want to put batteries in the stove. We didn’t have one skinny or long enough so we just skipped that step. The kitchen set is missing a few parts such as the stickers needed to complete the whole aesthetic of the kitchen. We also did not receive the coffee cup for the coffee maker. Additionally, the oven doesn’t show cookies baking in it like it shows on Amazon, rather it shows a regular oven door. I will be reaching out to step 2 to see if they can help with this and will update my review once I do. All in all it seems like a great and sturdy kitchen set and am sure my daughter will still love it UPDATE: I called step 2 about the missing parts and apparently they told me that they have asked Amazon to change the pictures they have to the updated pictures shown on the step 2 website. That being said, they no longer offer the stickers for the back splash or the coffee cup. So just a beware to the buyer if this is something that matters.

Super entertaining!

The media could not be loaded. This is for our baby girl second birthday and she loves it. It’s very entertaining very cute, sturdy enough. Has lots of little toys to play with and Very very cute. But this one after a bad purchase of a smaller stove, paid a little bit more for a sturdy one and this one is great. I gave him four stars only because the symbol he was a little confusing. You have to actually screw in the screws into the hard plastic. You’ll most likely need a screw gun which isn’t mentioned. Do you think they can screw them without a screw gun. It’s possible to screwing with a screw gun, but it might be a little more difficult. As far is the Keurig cup section that’s very difficult to screw in from the size. After assembly is completed it is well worth it and very entertaining for the child. Will recommend. ????????

Nice kitchen set by

I bought a used very good item because I could get it in one day. I was worried and although there were bags of parts that had been opened, everything was still there. Assembly was easy, but you must use a cordless electric drill/screwdriver on a medium torque setting. Once assembled, about 15 screws, you apply peal and stick decals, and you’re done. It’s sturdy at about 20 pounds. It looks good and I think my grandkids will like it.

Definitely worth it if your child likes to "cook"

We bought this for our 2 year old for Christmas and she loves it she plays with it everyday we did buy different foods to keep her entertained but she has all of the other things she needs

I got this really cute kitchen for my son for Christmas, he definitely loves it. He hasn't stopped "cooking" yet. All pieces were there and assembly wasn't to much of a hassel. Took us about an hour or so to assemble including putting on all the stickers.

Kids like it

The kids like it, I think it will hold up a lot longer than the fake wooden kitchen sets. However, it doesn’t come with any play food. I know I know most people will say just buy play food, but there isn’t enough storage for the few items it does come with it let alone food too. Plan to have to purchase food and some sort of container or organizer for all of the pieces. Because it has so many small pieces it should be designed to store everything. Things end up all over the house and in other containers and lost because there is no designated place for them.

Great little kitchen, hard assembly

This is such a cute kitchen, it was a nightmare and a half to assemble. I did it by myself but it definitely would’ve been better with 2 people. Make sure you have a lot of time and a lot of patience set aside to build this thing.

Buen producto, vendedor no muy cumplido

El producto es tal cual la foto, y cubre las espectativas. Es muy lindo, trae muchos accesorios es fácil de armar, y es ideal para niños de 2 años en adelante! PERO el vendedor no es muy cumplido, el artículo debió llegar a más tardar el 7 de enero (lo esperábamos para día de reyes) y llegó hasta el 13! Es decir una semana después. La justificación fue que se tardó la importación y que dependía de aduanas. Pero este artículo según la descripción cuando lo compramos, decía que era enviado desde México, es decir que eso de aduanas, fue mentira, además que siempre apareció disponible en la página.. en fin, 5 estrellas para el artículo, 3 o menos para el vendedor.

Excelente

Fue un regalo para mi hijo de año y medio, le encanta sacar los trastes y cacerolas de la cocina de la abuela y traerlos por toda la casa por lo que decidimos que sería un regalo de navidad excelente y así fue le encantó, todos los materiales son de buena calidad y resistentes tiene buen tamaño sin llegar a ser estorbosa cabe en cualquier rincón de la casa. Excelente compra mi bebé está feliz.

La mejor cocina en el mercado en su rango de precios

Llegó en menos tiempo del esperado. Todas las piezas completas, había q ensamblar pero nada que un taladro no resolviera - en menos de 15 minutos las partes que requerían ensamblado quedaron listas. Las estampas muy amigables ya que si te equivocabas te permitían despegar sin romperse. La calidad es muy buena, mi hija de 3 años y medio le queda perfecto el tamaño y se que servirá para varios años más. Los accesorios q trae son lindos y mantuvo entretenidos a niños de 3-8 años por muchas horas. Su precio fue económico comparado con las demás que Amazon me ofrecía y creo que el beneficio precio calidad es muy alto.
