The product description says: Product description Stens 285-209 spindle assembly for MTD 918-06989 height: 6 3/4" OD of pulley: 6 1/4" specially designed: to replace 6 pt. Star center hole includes nut, spacer & grease zerk no threads in housing, use self-tapping screws This product does not have a grease zerk, and I assumed the nut they talk of was the mower blade nut, but it’s not it is the pulley nut.

Terrible don't waste your money

I wish I could give it negative stars. Looks like a good item but you have to make your own threads. Original bolts nor screws from a local hardware store will work. Waste of money.
