Cute inexpensive dress

I wish I had ordered a size down. I was right between the two sizes and picked the larger size because of my bust. I would have been better in a medium. I'm going to alter the dress in the shoulders because right now it's too low because the dress is too big. Otherwise, it's a cute dress, comfy to wear. I bought it in two colors (unfortunately both the Large size).

Cute style but not the best quality

The style is cute. However the first time I went to wear it, where the shoulder piece attaches to the back was half unstitched Easy enough to repair with a sewing machine but since I was on vacation didn't have one and couldn't wear the dress. It mostly fits as expected except the chest gaps, so I will also need to stitch it closed higher than how it comes. If you have a large chest you would probably be fine but if you have small to medium it will gape open.

Comfy & good coverage...except...

My only issue with this dress is how see-thru it is in places where it is tight against my skin -- for example: see the photo of my back (yes, the one with all that back fat...ugh)? See how the tag peeks through? I ordered the navy blue because in the photo on Amazon it looked kind of purplish. It's not. It's definitely navy blue, a very dark navy blue. Comfy and soft. Bra straps don't show except in the back. You can't see my straps in the back shot because Hubby tucked it away and said, "Don't move while I snap the photo." LOL!

Cute, but not quite right for me :(

This dress is really flattering on the top, but not so much on the bottom. Also, the fabric (soft jersey-like) exposes ALL your lumps and dimples. It defines any bulges you may have on your back, and when the skirt part is flush with your legs or rear you can see all the imperfections. The style of the dress is cute, but it didn't quite look right on me and it ran a bit large. I ordered a large based on the size chart, but a medium would fit better. I'm 5'4, about 160 lbs. The dress is too long on me, comes down to about mid-knee. The pleats in front are good tummy camouflage, but that's about it. I'm returning it to look for something a little more flattering. If you're well-toned and taller than me it would probably be a great dress!

The title says it all. This looks like a casual version of the Marilyn dress. I had several people say that to me during the course of the day that I wore it. And that’s alright - it wasn’t what I was going for, but it was a complimentary comparison to a classic but sexy style. It’s very feminine and sweet, it’s very lightweight and good for a summer day, dressed up or down.

Beautiful color, unflattering fit

I really wanted to like this dress. The color and texture of the fabric were excellent! The fit is what I didn't like. The straps and bust area fit well and looked very flattering. The empire waist was where the material was gathered and then flowed out with extra fullness down to the seam. It looked like I was hiding a baby belly. If I were an expectant mother, this would be the perfect dress to allow for growing room. Unfortunately, that wasn't the look I was going for.

Nice cozy

I'm going to keep this one, but I may try in a smaller size. I washed it and there isn't any shrinkage. Fabric is an awesome soft t shirt material. In the pic it looked more formal ,but I'd say definitely casual.

Fantastic

So soft material. Fits so nice and it’s very comfortable. Don’t need to iron is a bonus for me. I am size medium and size medium fits perfect. I live it and ordered in blue too.❤️
