AGRADABLE

Well worth the purchase

During this sequestered time , my family and I have ordered over 20 Springbok 1,000 pc puzzles from Amazon and am spoiled to this puzzle brand due to the sturdiness of the pieces and the fact that no two pieces are alike. They have a vast collection from which to choose. Also, their prices never increased during this pandemic unlike some of the other puzzle manufacturers.

Disappointed

I bought this puzzle because it's a pretty picture and Springbok has good reputation. However, this was disappointment since 2 pieces are missing. I do puzzles in a location that's just for my jigsaw puzzles and tile floor underneath the table. There's no way those 2 pieces could be hiding. I did the puzzle long after receiving it, so too late to say anything to Customer Service. Quality has slipped.

Pleasure to assemble!

Very nice large pieces. Easy to assemble because of the bright colors. All pieces are coated so there is almost no paper dust. Finished it and sent to a relative to try. Very happy. Good company!!!

Challenging and interesting

Puzzle was quite nice to put together. The pieces fit well and the finished work was attractive. I would rate this puzzle at a medium challenge. (Of course, I'm pretty much a novice...)

I was not impressed with this puzzle at all.

Pieces were all still connected in the box like somebody had put it together and didn’t take it apart. So I first of all I had to take it all apart and then doing that some of them bent and so I decided to send it back. I was not impressed with this puzzle at all.

Fun puzzle to put together. I love the colors and picture. Springbok puzzles are always great quality. I've been buying them for over 30 years since my kids were young.

Disappointed

The pieces were badly cut and didn’t fit together or stick together. There was an extra duplicate piece in the box and the packaging was blistered. This was very disappointing as Springbok is usually my favourite,

MISSING NUMEROUS PIECES

Recently started this puzzle however numerous border pieces are missing and some pieces appear to be from another puzzle but boxed with this one by mistake. Unfortunately return window expired a week ago.
