LOVE!!

Great support, exactly what my lower arches need. Most inserts are made for somebody with a medium to high arch. These are perfect for someone who has a lower arch. I like that these don't have a lot of padding in the heel. I don't want my heel lifted too high in my shoes. I like my heel to be on the same level as my forefoot.

Love them!

At first I was worried they were too high since my arches are starting to fall but after a few runs I am used to the arch height. I think they feel amazing! Great insoles!

Great stability and fit my foot like a glove.

Do not go to big stores buying the flabby flimsy insoles that are overpriced. A co-worker told me about Spenco from her foot doctor's advice, and I am forever a customer of this insole brand from now on. So a few weeks ago I ordered these red/black Ground Controls and along a pair of Total Support Max version (blue/black insoles) to try them out and compare. The arch angle is higher than the Support Max and I am happy with the results. The insole is like a hardened mold lower component but it brings results. There is no squishing this insole down as like other brands over time. I wear a size 10.5 and the 10-11 fit perfectly with no trimming needed. Only issue is I wish I had ordered more Ground Control's for all my other shoes but will take care of that in a moment. But after 2 weeks I like these Ground Control Better for standing walking all day in on hard concrete floors and making the shoe work for you, instead of the other way around.

Too expensive for this type. Pretty stiff .

Hard to break in. Stiff. Gel insoles are much more comfortable than these. Priced to high considering they do not feel as desirable as stated.

BEST ever for high arches.

I got the ground control high arch insoles and I just want to tell you guys thank you!! I have a very hard foot to fit properly and these are life changing! I always thought that super tight painful hip flexors and hamstrings and low back pain were just a part of running for me until I finally found these insoles. I can’t tell you what a godsend these are. They support my high arch gently and also I feel like my foot fall is so much more natural now and doesn’t over probate thanks to the arch and the decoupled heel. My foot tracks straight!!! Running pain free from the moment I put them in my shoes. It’s a revelation!! This has been a life long search and I will buy these until you stop making them.

Amazing fit for my high arch!

I have extremely high arches and I have been desperately going through insoles searching for one for me- this is it! I’ve never been so excited! As soon as I pulled it out of the box I knew it would fit the shape of my high arch and I love how thin it is. My only concern moving forward is the arch staying firm and supportive and not losing it shape under body weight. Otherwise, I am so happy so far and so are my feet!

Insole cushions

I would describe these as insole cushions more than arch supports. They have more cushion than the insoles that come with most shoes. They much too soft and flexible to provide any meaningful arch support. If you are looking for arch support try the Spenco Total Support Max Shoe Insoles.
