Finish looks terrible and no way to get an exchange

My sink got discolored after no time. I bought two of them. One is totally fine the other is looking horrible. I have no way to contact the company and get a return and exchange.

Missing washer and nut

Sink faucet and drain combo does not come with washer or mounting nut to mount to underside of vanity. Now I have to run around to try to find one that will work. For $400.00 you would think they would include this important part!

ordered three 16" sinks; got two 16" sinks and one 14" sink

We ordered three 16" sinks, but got two 16" sinks and one 14" sink. The sinks are very nice. We opened two of the boxes as soon as they arrived; they were fine. The third sink was shipped separately, but didn't have time to open it until several weeks later. It is not the size we ordered. Product is fine, but clearly the shop workers are too tired or overworked.
