Not what i was expecting

this mouth guard is exactly what it says MICRO... too small to be effective with any real sparring.. I would not trust it.. but I have a night grinding problem that this will work good for.. so if you're a night grinder.. great. If you are a fighter Hard Pass.

Great for taekwondo

I originally bought the much bulkier version to use for sparring in taekwondo and it was too hard to breathe. This one is so much better. It’s much thinner and much easier to breathe with and overall it fits much better.

Disappointed with Shock Doctor

I’ve been wearing mouth guards for sports for about 25 years now, as long as I can remember I’ve always used shock doctor brand as that was always “The best”. Unfortunately I was super disappointed with this one, I had to refit it 4 times to get it to feel comfortable and it’s still really loose and feels like it offers minimal protection. I did have to use a thin Sisu mouthguard for a tournament once as I had lost mine and I was much happier with that thin mouthguard than this one. I’m not sure why this one seems so off but I’ve never had this much trouble with molding a mouthguard.
