Sizing is off
My arm measures larger than the large range, so I purchased a large and I still find that it will slide down my arm if I don’t keep a slight bend in my elbow. I wear this over a thin fleece jacket to protect my arm and the cold penetrates through nicely. When the sleeve is taken directly out of the freezer, the sleeve will still have some adjustment range left in the straps due to the packs being rigid. Once the pack starts to thaw and become pliable, the straps need to be tightened all the way and could still use to be a little tighter to hold the sleeve in place. Overall, this ice sleeve is decent but the size is not correct. I’m 6’-4” and weigh approx 210lbs with a 12.75” forearm for reference. If you’re smaller than me, you should probably order the medium.

Great Product, Size an Issue
It took a while to find some sizing information in the answer to a customer question. Based on my arm measurement, I fell just inside the large range. Based on customer reviews that said these are made very large, I ordered a small/medium. Unless there is a gap in their sizing, I would say those customers are wrong. The small/medium leaves a 2-3" gap around my elbow with the straps pulled as tight as possible. Order your size. Having said that, the product is great. Cold compression is a game changer for reducing inflammation and healing joint injuries. I have one of these Shock Doctor wraps for my knees also. It has saved me a lot in Physical Therapy bills. Note to Shock Doctor: Post sizing information with your product.

Perfect!
Ordered for my husband. He had been using an ace bandage to strap ice packs to his elbow. This is much easier and he’s able to drive with it and keep it in an ice chest in his car and use it throughout the day.

Sizing is an issue, but great quality and design!
I really like the design and quality of this product however my minus one star comes from the sizing. They really need include a size chart. My elbow circumference measures 11.5" so I ordered the L/XL based on the "Size Chart" question and the company answer for the S/M measurement. I would definitely say even at its tightest setting this is a bit big for me. The only good thing about it being a bit big is that, for me, the material in between the ice pack and your arm is very thin and much too cold for me (after 3 minutes it was painful) so I put a gym towel in between the compression brace and my arm and it was perfect. I am sure for others, they may not need that but it is what worked for me.

Chills the elbow.
If you are the kind of person that would rather toss the cooling packs into the freezer individually, you will find the pouches for them to be a little snug-fitting when you slide them back in. Takes a bit of massaging to get them tucked away so the plastic isn't in contact with your skin. Or just freeze the whole wrap. This is sized for relatively sizable forearems. If you're 5'10" and 135 lbs, you're unlikely to get a snug fit.

Good for wearing for sports
It has gel packs that can be frozen, so is really meant to be worn during sports I suppose, because otherwise it is quite bulky! Plus, I tried measuring my upper arm as stated, but I ended up ordering too large a size, which made it even more bulky!

Fits well
I love this product, I've been battling tennis elbow and this has really helped with the inflammation. It's too difficult to try to hold two ice packs together to cover the entire arm all the way aorund, this thing really helps and maes it easy.
