Works well

Easy assembly, a bit heavy but very stable, warm enough, quiet. There is no heat level adjustment but it is fine as I like to keep it on max level anyways. Only concern is if it is truly waterproof … says so on product description but yet to find out … as there is no top cover over the heat … the guard rail on top is just a wire which I initially thought was a transparent rain cover (then it would be too hot).

Heater looks a very nice and good enough to make ambient temperature warmer. A great addition to our porch. Recommend to buy a cover for equipment protection against humidity.

Nice looking heater.

Very well built and easy to put together. Puts out plenty of heat and the top bar table stays cool so you can use as a table even when the heater is on.

Really low quality and terrible customer service

Super cheap product and I sent product back (it was described as heavy duty!) over 10 days ago and still have not received refund. Avoid at all costs!
