Beautiful, Lightweight, Perfect size for what I wanted
I bought the 11.2 oz glasses to go with the large 18 oz Banquet series ice tea glasses that I already have (and love), and I am very pleased. The crystal has a nice ring to it when tapped and feels delicate and lightweight in the hand, though it is very tough and durable. I purchased just one box of 6 of these 11.2 oz glasses as I was not sure how the smaller size would look with what I already have, and now I will purchase another box to have a set of 12. They are delightful.

No dishwasher etching after four months!
I first bought the 14.2 oz size - way too small. I bought these glasses because every other type of glass I tried to use ended up getting etched in the dishwasher. It was embarrassing to explain to guests that the glasses were not dirty, they were just hazy from etching. These are as clear as the day we bought them, and we use them every day. I did have one incident that is not a defect, but I'm just going to warn you about it. I had a glass of ice water and before washing it, I dumped the water and ice into the sink. Unfortunately, all the ice had bound together and when I inverted the glass in order to dump the ice and water, the ice dammed up because the glass is tapered at the top. This had the effect of hitting the glass with a hammer from the inside, and the glass broke in half cleanly half way between the bottom and the top of the glass. I am much more careful now!

Durable glasses, I can't believe we haven't broken one yet!
So far, these glasses are working out very well for my family. In addition to having two young boys (5 and 7), I live with a man who is really good at breaking drinking glasses, so that rules out regular glasses for us. We've been using these for about 7 weeks now, with zero chipping, cracking, or breaking to report. While washing dishes one day, I accidentally hit the faucet with one, causing it to fall out of my hand into the sink. It made an awful racket, but the glass was unscathed! My only complaint is that the narrow opening at the mouth of the glass makes them tricky to wash - you really need a bottle brush with sponge. Since we don't have a bottle sponge, the man of the house struggles with actually getting the entire inside of them clean. Overall a great glass, and I would buy them again.

I bought a second set for the RV, lightweight but durable
I really like the look and feel of these glasses. I have arthritis in my thumbs and these are very easy to grip. The glasses are very lightweight but durable. They have survived the 4 hour sanitizing cycle in my dishwasher daily. I'm glad I bought them.

Lovely glasses but quite fragile
I loved these glasses when they arrived but after one use while handwashing, the glass slipped and broke in multiple pieces. The bottom of the glass is much heavier than the rest, making it slippery when soapy on the outside... I'd prefer not to put them in the dishwasher but may end up doing just that going forward.

Wow, impressive durability
I bought several of these Schott Zwiesel Tritan Crystal glass sets for everyday and formal use, about 4 months ago. They are great. No more fear of breaking -- and I am not the neatest person when it comes to these kinds of things. The other day I knocked down one of these glasses full of tee from the kitchen counter to the marble floor. Admit that I managed to slow down the fall by letting the glass halfway land on my feet -- some kind of a reflex I acquired. Seeing the tee splashing out of the glass and hearing the metallic cling without breaking was a surreal experience. Not what I have expected. I also have the large Lager Beer Glasses ([...]) that I once tipped over with full or juice on a granite counter without breaking it. Was also surprised that it stayed whole. These glasses perform along side the white Corelle dishes I have, they just don't break.

Comfortable in hand
Like - the look and the feel - shape is very comfortable to hold in your hand and looks good on the table. Looks quite small but holds a fair amount. Wish - it was a little heavier and a smidge bigger.

False advertizing.
Not at all as advertized, straight shot glass, not rounded as in picture, returned as it does not match the set. Very dissapointed, false advertizing at best.

Bead at the glass rim.
The glassware does not have the ridgeless rim associated with crystal glassware. It has a small bead that bulges out at the rim that is not pleasing to the lips. It also does not appear to be 11 oz as it is closer to an 8 oz glass size. Very disappointed.
