WRONG COLOR 3 TIMES!!

This product is as described and labled correctly on the box. I ORDERED BLACK ALL 3 TIMES, i received blue all 3 times. I'm now just keeping the blue, they wore me down. The product itself is perfect in all ways, great luggage piece.

Watch the handle

I purchased this for our annual trip to Mexico. I was excited because it almost matched my other cases. The case rolls great and was light weight. It fit in the upper compartment of the airplane. I had no trouble at all. I do have one complaint. The handle is a but flimsily made. The popouts to hold it in place would stick and not stay in place. I found that a bit irritating. other then that its well made. Material is great and the lining was also great.

Purchased Used from Amazon

I will be using this at the end of the month. It arrived unscathed and although the description said there were scuff marks, I could not find any. It's a lovely blue and the perfect size, 25 inches. I saved 50 percent off the full price, and I'm thrilled with this used suitcase. I have never done this before, but I decided to take a chance since suitcases are so expensive. BTW, I was almost convinced to go hard side when I was reading a blog comparing the two types, and I realized how much I utilize the outside pockets on the soft side suitcases. I loved a lot of the features of the hard side - integrated TSA lock, lots of pockets inside and storage options - but the soft side is more versatile, for me anyway. When I come back from my trip, I'll update.

Good product. Several zippered sections and what I am used to. Used it once, checked bigger bag and carried on the other.

Decent bag, but carry on is a bit large and I only received 1 item not 2

The suitcase itself is good, seems sturdy, nice color, no major issues with it so far. Problems: 1) I bought the set of two and only received one. 2) The carry-on is not actually carry-on sized since, with the wheels included, it winds up being 23" tall. The US domestic limit is 22". I will probably risk the extra fees because 1" is not *that* much, but it's still annoying, especially considering the point of buying a carry-on is so I can bring it on board stress-free.

Good value for the money

We were in need of replacement luggage due to ours being damaged by over zealous baggage handlers. First my husbands, then mine. So when this Samsonite luggage went on sale on Black Friday, we jumped at the chance to purchase on sale. We are very happy with our purchase. This is a two piece set, with the larger bag and carry on. It is well made, and roomy, with extra pockets for storage. I am pretty confident that this will hold up well against the baggage handlers next trip!

Great suitcase

I used this suitcase on my 10 day European cruise. It is large so I was concerned that it might be considered oversized as a checked bag. Lufthansa and American Airlines had no issue with checking the bag. The suitcase held up well throughout the trip and I had no issues with it at all. The suitcase is very big, but if that is what you are looking for, this is a great option for the money.
