Not "splash proof"
I like the two cups I ordered but they are not "splash proof" as is indicated in the product description (in April 2023). They will be fine for use around the house, to keep my coffee hot, but I will not be able to use them in the car as I intended. My fault for not looking at the photos closely.

I love this cup! It stays closed when I snap it shut. And it stays hotter for longer than any cup I’ve ever used! ???? I also love that it’s not so honking big!! Just the right size!

Great mug
I LOVE this mug. It's cute, it keeps beverages HOT for hours (put in coffee in the morning and it's still hot at 3 PM). It's easy to open with one hand. I don't know what others are talking about saying you have to put your dirty hands on the area where you put your mouth to open it. The piece that keeps it from leaking covers the part you sip until you open it so you don't put your hand there. And that part doesn't hit my nose when I sip. But my nose isn't very big either. It fits in car cup holders easily and is a great size to comfortably carry in your hand. I haven't had any problems with leaking. I sealed it and shook it upside down to make sure before I trusted it to put in my bag with my electronics, and books. And I haven't had any aftertastes either. All-in-all now my favorite mug. I'm having my husband pour the coffee pot coffee into it every morning so it can stay hot.

Great way to keep coffee hot for about 3-4 hours
I like this water bottle very much. I fill the bottle with boiling water first to heat up the bottle and then my coffee stays pretty hot for 3-4 hours when it is 60 degrees out. After 5-6 hours, the coffee is warm, not hot - but that is still pretty good. I agree with the reviewer that pointed out that the lid that you drink out of does hit you in the nose when you drink - but it does seem to be quite leakproof. All-in-all this is a great coffee mug. It keeps my coffee hot much longer than any other mug that I have had. Just don't expect hot coffee after 12 hours, as claimed in the description.

Super awesome insultation.
This thing will keep your drink uncomfortably hot for hours. If you have hot fresh coffee, it will literally be about 2 hours before it cools enough to not burn your mouth. While the outside stays cool to the touch and doesn't run the risk of burning your hand. I love it. Also keeps drinks really cold for a long time if you're using it for cold stuff.

Based on delivery method would not order again.
I ordered both the tumbler and the travel mug. I was shocked when they travelled from one side of the US to the other and then up to Canada in a paper bag. They were not wrapped inside and had been clunking against each other the whole way. I deducted a * because of the delivery method. I would not order again as I would fear I'd not be so lucky the next time...that said, they arrived undamaged and are lovely to look at. The lids are a bit shallow for the perfect sipping experience.

Brilliant but handle with care
Love this mug! Keeps everything exactly the temperature you want it. The only reason I’ve not given five stars is that the cover for opening snapped when I was trying to open it and is now very loose.
