Original Product Rec'd Lacked Adhesion, but Replacement has been Great!
Ordered a 1 pkg of precut and 2 of cut-your-own-length. The precut lacked adhesion compared to the other that you cut yourself. After a few attempts to use it, I exchanged the pre-cut for another box of pre-cut. The replacement seems to adhere well. I'm happy with it. Bought this tape to help shift misaligned patellas back into place. Happy with how the tape helps. With my knees taped, I'm able to do relatively pain-free exercises that will help correct my knee issues. Happy with the product with the exception that the original roll didn't stick as it should have. It was no problem to get a replacement. I had it the next day.

Not what I expected.
This tape is far too thin for combat athletes. It’s not adhesive nor thick enough, and comes apart after some mild kicking. When I competed at the USA taekwondo nationals on July 4 at Las Vegas I injured my ankle. When I was taken to the med bay one of the nurses used the same brand of rock tape but it was thicker, water proof, and lasted for days. If anyone could point me to that brand of tape I’d be much obliged.

Very good kinesiology tape
I’ve found this brand has adhesive that holds longer than other brand I see more commonly. It does exactly what it’s designed to do. Do remember to press it down securely and then rub it for a few seconds to warm it in order for the adhesive to be properly activated. I’ve bought quite a few rolls of this brand and never been disappointed.

Strongest and most water resistant tape, but it is not precut
This tape was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I have tried 3 other kinds, which are less expensive. However, they do not stay on past one day, and are not as water resistant. This tape stays on, until I peel it off, sometimes almost a week. The only reason for the 4 rating is that I wanted precut tape, and this is the second time that the tape (pink) was advertised as precut, but came as a roll. And although the tape provides support, thus lessoning pain, it does not take away the swelling, and stiffness from arthritis.

Don’t know why it works but it does!
This stuff is amazing. It works really well. This stays on very well! Not all brands do. The only downside is that this does give me a rash if I leave it on for more than a one day.

My favorite Tape
Rocktape is my favorite brand for tape. I can't live without it because it is so useful for my back, knee, etc! I prefer the pre-cut 2" version. The beige color is easier on my sensitive skin but the black color works just as well. The H2O version is not as sticky as it claims because if you stick it to body parts that moves, it may fall off quickly. Whether as this one doesn't have the problem. Highly recommended.
