XL fits just about perfectly.
I typically wear an XL. I purchased an XL and the fit is fine. A little bit baggy. However, the L would have been too small. The jacket is heavier than I thought it would be. There are also a few loose threads on the seams. But, not that bad. I like this jacket.

This Is Big
This jacket is nice and warm. The buttons are convenient and stay put when they should. In my experience the size is much larger than expected. I feel like an over-emphasized watched smuggler or something when I wear it. I'm hanging on to it regardless, it's a good jacket. Just a bit goofy.

Ugly
Boxy fit, wouldn’t accept returns, not warm. My girlfriend broke up with me while I was wearing this.

I like this type of jacket.
This is a well made jacket. I like this type of jacket because it is easy to layer. Allowing me to wear it most of the year by adding or removing layers. I bought the size I normally do and wow this thing is huge. So I sent it back for a smaller size which fits great. In general I like it a lot and it has all the features that I am looking for in a work jacket. What I like is the multiple large pockets. It is made of heavy cloth that will last a very long time. The color is good, I use this as part of a work uniform and require a dark blue. It is surprisingly difficult to find dark blue work clothing that meets my companies requirements and I like. My few complaints are more of nit picks then real complaints. I'm not a fan of the way the set the snaps. I would prefer buttons or a zipper. That and it has something that confuses me. It has what can only be described as an inner lapel full of snaps that is several inches deep that is also sewn in at the top and bottom. At first I had though this was to snap in a liner. but the red kap does not offer one. I had read that it might be a storm closure to keep bad weather out. but the way it is made using it as such makes it bunch and very uncomfortable. That and when the jacket is worn open it makes the front stiff and drape in a way that is very very ugly and uncomfortable. My other complaints are, the snaps that are used for main opening don't stay closed very well. I drive for a living and am constantly getting into and out of vehicles. Every time I do the snaps open leaving the jacket open. And finally the collar is rolled up on one side. It lays flat on the right side and is always pointing up on the other. The good thing is I've been doing leather work as a hobby for years and know how to sew and will be removing the inner lapel and replacing the snaps with buttons, and finally sewing the collar into place. I like the jacket enough to alter it rather then returning it. The good out weights the annoying aspects.

Finally
I wish you people would get your business straight, not even close to my order. This is a jacket with zipper and hood. At last, got the right coat. Love it , a little big, but very warm and comfortable. Great pockets for phone and tools. Storm flap does not make sense. Probably get that fixed.

I think for the price this is great. My complaints are
I think for the price this is great. My complaints are: The storm flap closure seems like it was riveted on backwards and the snaps and fabric don't lie flat on your chest when closed. There are snaps for the optional hood. I think these should have been the same color as the fabric cause when moving around some of the snaps can be exposed and shiny metal will be seen. And where the snaps were placed when the storm flap is closed it tugs a little more on the fabric creating wrinkles. Not really going to use the storm flap that often anyway and if I am I probably just want to be warm and wont care. The sewing seems fine, some of the small details aren't there like fabric return seen on some of the pocket folds. I do like how it fits. I'm usually a medium so i ordered small at that was the right choice. I'm skinny and 6' overall seems like a well constructed jacket and at $60 its a great value. It's made in Mexico. Also there is no corduroy collar as site and discription suggest.

Not worth the price.
This jacket is worth less than the price it is sold for. The concept is stylish and it’s got good thickness. The construction however, is just poor, prone to wrinkles, and not smooth. It’s a hard pill to swallow but just don’t waste the $65.

Order down; like 2 sizes down.
THIS is an amazing work jacket. Do yourself a favor, though, and order two jackets at the same time; one @ one size smaller and the second one @ two sizes smaller than you normally wear. I started at 4XL and ended up with a 2XL that I'm actually hoping shrinks a little in the clothes washer.
