I want to like the CM Supreme
What I like: It like the BT interface. It could be better but it's workable. It's spot on accurate. Dispensing is relatively fast, at least compared to its CM predecessor. What I don't like: That infernal "Drain" alarm. The drain is a bit touchy to get set so the alarm will shut up. Mine now will not shut up. It hasn't been abused, it's clean and level, and at the moment unusable. RCBS has been contacted, but no reply yet. Both Charge Master's share a 2 failings in my opinion. They are minor but annoying. If there is an overcharge requiring a new load be dispensed, there is no way to reset the dispense count. Plus I would like the dispense count displayed in more than just a quick flash after dispensing is complete, All of my dislikes are minor except the drain open alarm issue. It renders the unit unusable. Unfortunately I've had it too long for Amazon to do anything about it. RCBS has stood by their products in the past, so I'll see if they still do. EDIT: RCBS did respond and were helpful with my alarm problem. Still like and recommend the Charge Master Supreme. Edit 2/2/2023: Now the Bluetooth feature has stopped working. I'll be contacting RCBS again.

Speeds up reloading
This system works very well, and allows you to charge large numbers of cartridges in short order. I'm an old guy and running it is a bit complex. I have to review the instructions each time I use it. For tech savvy people it should be a breeze.

Surprised by the accuracy and useability.
I've been using a balance beam scale for 35 years to load rifle cartridges; pistol cartridges get loaded on a progressive press (at least until I couldn't find primers any longer). I'll confess to a little OCD when it comes to my rifle cartridges, and I'm very careful with the charge weight, so I was reluctant to try a dispenser. I'm glad now that I did; the charge weight has been within .1 grain, and usually right on. The machine is very easy to use, speeds up my reloading, and is much easier on my poor eyes. The 'Learn' feature is very useful in getting a charge dispensed quickly. I can't comment yet on durability, but to this point the machine has exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic upgrade
I’m comparing this unit to the original chargemaster 1500, which I’ve had for about 15 years now. It has always been reliable but does have some drawbacks which the new unit fixed. First off the new unit is so much lighter than the old one. I was truly amazed at the weight difference. Second, the issue of overthrows have been pretty much solved with the learn programming built into the this unit. You run the program and it optimizes the charge weight based on the type of powder you’re using. It’s a three-step process to run through and it’s a little bit time consuming but I think worth it in the end. Finally they have a drain open alarm that reminds you to close the drain valve before you put in new powder. Should not repeat that mistake ever again… lol.

Works Great Interface needs work
Dispenses fast, keeps zero, and easy to empty. Interface is not user friendly. Was written by people who have never used one. Without the phone app, I would have returned it. I don’t have time for clunky non intuitive interfaces.

Very good. Spend the extra to get the supreme.
Going from a manual scale to this is extremely time saving. Would reccomend this to everyone whom wants to reload faster. Still check against weight scale but so much easier.
