Photo is misleading - Looking for a replacement for the ear plugs HFT discontinued
For over 25 years I have purchased and enjoyed the Western Safety Earplugs sold by Harbor Freight packaged in a pack of 2 un-corded. Around 6 months ago they discontinued them and I have been searching for a replacement. The picture of the product matches the discontinued western safety plugs but when I opened the box this afternoon I saw they are exactly the same as practically every other standard orange earplug. If regular standard width earplugs work good for you these will work fine and it's not a bad price but if you are looking for "narrow" earplugs that are slightly longer by about 1/8 inch move on. Still searching....

The best earplugs!
I was introduced to these when we were staying at a hotel in downtown New Haven, CT. I'm a long-time earplug wearer and these are, by far, the best I've ever found. I only wish they didn't come paired & packaged in individual cello (read, very crinkly) bags!

Larger than they appear....
These are just too big for my ears which makes them incredibly uncomfortable. I tried trimming down so they didn't have so much of the earplug sticking out of my ear but it was still not comfortable. If you don't have a problem with ear buds you might be fine with these but if you have smaller ears that don't accommodate ear buds, then you probably won't find these comfortable, either. This would otherwise have been a good deal, price-wise, but now I have to buy another box of earplugs. Oh well.

Great earplugs.
These earplugs are very soft and not too big for my ears. I like that they come wrapped in sets of two so I can bring a few bags with me for later use or for sharing.

Ordered uncorded, got corded in a very confusing package.
We got a box of corded ear plugs. The box has both corded and uncorded ear plugs pictured on the front so we had no idea what we got. We opened the box, found corded earplugs, the order was for Uncorded earplugs. Since we opened it we kept it. Won't order again. I'll ad a pic of the box.

My wife freaking loves these
We stayed at the Muse Hotel in New York City, and when we arrived in our room, we found a pair of these babies left on the bed. Nice touch from a nice hotel. Anyhoo, my wife uses ear plugs at home to help her sleep, and she gave these a whirl. She woke up raving about them. Said they were comfortable, conformed to her ear perfectly, and were not too big for her ears, unlike other foam plugs that she has used. She woke up one happy lady.
