Probably the only place I would be able to find these.

Worked perfectly for the weight of my windows. Very easy to install (after watching a brief tutorial on YouTube), and convenient to purchase. I could not find these in stores anywhere so I’m glad I was able to do so on Amazon.

Horrible PrimeLine Support for faulty items

Purchased two pieces to fix my top window, that would fall upon unlatching the top/bottom window in an apartment. The install went well and wasn't so complicated to do (my husband is an engineer, so the mechanics of it were easy to understand). I installed the 2 pieces the next day upon receiving them. However the second i opened the window an hour later for the first time upon fixing, the top piece came crashing down. The spiral piece completely disconnected from the rod (only 1 pcs broke, the other worked perfectly) I called and emailed the manufacturer PRIMELINE, they asked me to take pictures and submit the details and that they would get back to me. Its so far 3 weeks later, and despite calling them 2x twice - i am told they are still busy and looking into my email. With the Covid 19 issue going on, i would've returned it to my neighborhood Amazon shop, but they are closed. I think the product was faulty, and despite our best efforts to get a replacement piece from the mfg, its obvious that they don't care about customers and selling faulty items. I'm disappointed in their customer support, a $12 item is a minimal cost for a bad reputation. I'll try buying the piece from another supplier.

Was able to easily repair my window.

Make sure you measure your existing balance carefully for the right fit. Fairly easy to install. You do need the spiral balance charging tool, so make sure to purchase one of those as well. We forgot about that but were able to use a locking pliers to charge the balance.

Spiral spring for vinyl windows

This was just what we needed. A quick look at a YouTube video made replacement of this part go very quickly and easily.
