They do not tell you how they measure the screw length, causing mis-orders.

The screw looks fine, however, the description does not tell you how they measure the screw. It is actually 3/8" from the top of the screw head to the end of the screw. Normally the measurement is from under the screw head because there are many types of screw heads. I could not use these screws because of this problem. The screws were too short.
