This is the second one I’ve owned and it works great. I used the old one so often the heat element started to not heat up as hot as it use to.

Basic and perfect
This was the first air fryer I ever purchased. It is so easy to use and so easy to clean. It legit cooks food so perfect. I barley use the oven these days. This product is amazing. Thanks for such an amazing cooking tool.

Air fryer smokes
When I made bacon in this air fryer,smoke started coming out of it.Ever since that happened,it smokes when I make another meat in it now.I had a cooks essentials air fryer before this one and loved it!The cooks essentials never smoked when I made bacon.Unfortunately they don’t have the cooks essentials to purchase anymore,so I went with this one,because I read this one was equivalent to the cooks essentials.Now I’m kinda afraid to use this air fryer if it’s gonna do this.Anyone else have this problem?

The handle does not hold up.
This is a great product, the food is perfectly cooked and the flavor is awesome however, the handle on the basket will not hold up. The handle needs to be designed to offer more reliability. I have had it a little less than a year with lite use and the handle has came loose with my food all over the floor on at least 4 occasions. Can you get those guys to please re-design the handle for the basket? I do not know if there is a replacement for this or not, but within the first two months that i have had it the handle screws started loosening up and it would not stay inside the bottom catch tray, the only way to remove the basket was with pot holders to keep from burning your hands or having your food all over the kitchen floor which has happened to me four time so far. I am very pleased with the product overall, but i do tend to get tired of forgetting the handle is not working and my food ending up all over the kitchen floor. Please do something with the handle it should last longer than this!!! Thanks Another update on the air fryer power XL, it is still working but the basket has fell out again! Does the power fryer XL have a replacement handle?? This time is was some beautiful pork tenderloins with my homemade rub, all over the floor, my fault i knew better than to grab the handle! Come on you guys can do better than this!!!!!!
