Easy installation

Replaced this for another Pricefister faucet that was leaking. The installation was super simple and worked great. THe only issue I had was it says to use plumbers putty to seal but I have a granite surface where this is not recommended. Use Caulk instead.

Beautiful and easy to install!

Looks great, only had it for a couple weeks but so for works great and was easy to install. It came with soap dispenser and I put dishwashing liquid in it and really like the convenience of just pushing the pump and being able to wash a sink full or one pan at a time.

Not really for a lifetime...

Meh. It's a nice enough faucet. I bought a new one as a replacement for a same branded one that has some issues. Finding the same style wasn't too hard but it is not identical couldn't got to the Pfister web site with the old faucet part number and get any useful results. The old one is about 5 years old, so it's definitely seen some service. I wanted to stay away from the big box store cheapened versions--I don't know if I achieved that but I don't suspect any other manufacturer has a product that will perform any better. Fingers crossed.

a little price but worth it!!!

Love love love!!! Where do i begin?? Ive been using this for about 5 months now. Heres what i think: 1.) Love the slick design! My kitchen is not upgraded yet so it really gives it a nice contemporary and modern look!! 2.) Faucet spout: in love with how it springs itseld back into place after i "hose" or "spray". So convenient!!! 3.) Knob/handle: i really like how the knob is so smooth turning it on, or adjusting up & down for hot/cold water. Its so smooth and i dont have to really put much effort in adjusting the knob. This is great for when my hands r greasy or messy from cooking. I can just use the back of my hands to gentle pull without fighting to prevent it from dirtying. 4.) Soap dispenser: convenient how there is a soap dispenser. Convenient on refilling it also! All u do is just lift the pump spout and pull it out of the soap container, refill from the top, and insert pump spout back in. Voila. All in all i really give this 5 stars. So satisfied and well worth the money!

Nice Looking Faucet

I replaced and faucet with a side sprayer with this faucet and the soap dispenser. It looks so much nicer to get rid of the side sprayer!!!! The soap dispenser spins so you pivot it to put soap in pots. The pull down faucet is nice, but it does not automatically retract back up, you have to push in the last part.

soap dispenser is a huge pain

The faucet itself is lovely and it works great. I can easily turn it on and off with the back of my hand (when I have raw meat on my palms, etc.), but my husband has a harder time with this because his hands are bigger. HOWEVER. The soap dispenser is literally the worst kitchen gadget I have had the misfortune of dealing with and it is a pain in my butt daily. Multiples times daily, really. It doesn't draw up soap easily/consistently. It kind of sends me into a rage, to be honest. It's always been a huge pain when refilling initially, but after two years of use, it seems to have finally given out. Editing on 4/7/15 to say that I contacted Pfister about the problem, and they sent us a new part free of charge! Works great now. I just hope it holds up.

Lightweight, but unsatisfactory customer service

The faucet itself was fine. Stylish, nice lines. The pull out head portion itself was a bit on the lightweight end, it definitely does not have the heft of faucets of even a decade ago. We were replacing a Pfister that was only ten years old, so we thought we would go with another one. This one, granted, was a bit less money than the last one, but it felt like there was a lot more plastic inside. But, the kicker was that there was a wrong piece to the puzzle for installation. It looked like it would work, but alas, the hole was too small and it was not intended for this faucet. So, we contacted Pfister. They said it would be about ten working days before we would receive the new part. If we wanted expedited shipping, we would have to pay for it, and it would arrive in three days. That didn't fly, considering we called on the Sunday before Thanksgiving ... we really couldn't be without a kitchen faucet for that long. So, we headed on down to the local home improvement store and bought a different brand faucet and installed that one. This one will be returned today. The customer service was simply not acceptable. Had they been more accommodating, we might have kept the faucet.

A touch of class with a Wheaton Faucet

We had this Wheaton faucet (i.e. F-529-7WHY) working for us in the kitchen now for a couple of weeks. We received it within 3 days of purchase and the installation went fairly easy. The faucet with a Tuscan Bronze Finish looks really good with its fine lines and it does had a touch of class to our kitchen. The Accudock sprayhead system works perfectly like it should, great job Pfister for this quality pull-down faucet. Finally, the lifetime warranty sounds fantastic, but hopefully we wont need it.
