Cleanses well, pleasant scent. doesn't clog pores, a little goes a long way
This cleansing balm is a soft, scoopable solid. It melts when you put it in your hands and is easy to spread over your face. It rinses away completely and leaves your face feeling soft. The smell is pleasant, and a little goes a long way. I appreciate that it has glutathione which is good for you body, internally (supplements) and externally (balms and lotions). My only 'eh' is that I have to apply moisturizer after using this. That isn't a complaint specifically about this product, I have to moisturize after cleaning my face with anything. The frustrations of dry skin... I suppose that if it left my skin 'lotioned' then it wasn't doing it's job of cleansing. This expires about 1 1/2 years from now, so a good, long window for usage.

Less is needed than others...
This is a cushiony soft balm that feels silk-like against your skin. This product melts on the face, and almost feels like it’s heating up, to remove the makeup and dirt off your skin. It works fast and you don’t have to wait forever to break down your eyeliner and mascara… it’s fast acting. This balm did not irritate my sensitive skin or leave my face painfully dry. However, I usually follow this up with a cleanser. I’ve also used this for minimal makeup days, applying this product and wiping it off with a wet warm washcloth only (when I’m being extra lazy). I don’t mind it being the last thing applied to my face when I’m in a crunch. It smells nice almost like a tropical fruit but not too fruity. I’ve tried other cleansing balms before and this one is definitely one of the softest. In comparison to other cleansing balms, this product is definitely smoother, a softer, and you don’t need a lot of it (especially to remove waterproof makeup). I would use about 1-2 tbsp of product to remove bulletproof makeup with other brands vs less than half the amount with this product. This product is pricer but also has better skincare ingredients and you don’t need to use as much of it as cheaper options.

I am in love with this. It feels super luxurious when using. I find I only need a little. It is very soft and moisturizing with a light scent. I have used it on and around my eyes with no issues. My skin feels great after using. I usually go cheap with soap so this is a really nice treat for me. Love it

Luxurious way to get my make up off…
My face has been extremely dry this winter and even my non-soap face wash has been drying my skin out. This, however, adds extra moisture while taking every stitch of face and eye makeup off. I massage it into my face without water, rinse off with water, wipe off with a damp washcloth (my preference) and my face is ready for all my night creams. I don’t think I can go back to my old face wash again. I have been using this for a couple weeks and, even though it contains oils, I haven’t broken out. It is a miracle product for my peeling red face.

Heavenly texture
This cleansing balm has a heavenly texture. It’s like a hybrid of a solid balm and a cream, making it both pillowy soft and workable. Very nice cleanser
Perricone MD Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Cleansing Balm cleans my skin really good, leaving my skin soft. I use small amount of balm, warm it between my fingers and massage my face with it. I use small cellulose sponge to remove residue. I use serum and moisturizer after cleaning. I don't have any irritation or other negative reaction. It is high quality product.

Citrus scent, feels oily and greasy on, washes off completely
My second time using a cleansing balm like this on my skin, and was surprised that as soon as I touched it to my face it almost immediately melted in an oily/greasy type consistency, which then worried me that maybe it would clog my pores and be hard to wash off, and there would be an oily residue after. Nope, it washed rather easily, and my skin feels clean and very soft, with absolutely no residue left behind. This balm has a citrus scent to it mixed with some ingredient scents, at least to my nose. I have dry, sensitive skin, and i had no redness, burning, itchiness, or any other negative reactions during or after using. The container is thick, frosted brown plastic, and the lid is a gold plastic screw on, which is easy to open and close. It has a soft, thin plastic seal underneath the lid with a pull tab that is thankfully, very easy to lift. I needed a little more than what’s shown in my picture , but still, a little goes a long way which is fantastic because it should last me a while. Overall, i would definitely recommend. Note: it was not very moisturizing which is fine, but since I do have dry skin, I did feel the need to add a moisturizer on after which is usually what I do anyways.
