If you are looking for a quality jack, this is the one. This is not some cheap knock-off made in China. It's made in Spain, if that matters to you. The base of the jack is a solid steel plate 7/8" thick, not cast iron. And the body of the jack is welded to the base, not threaded like you see with the cheap knock-offs. The pump piston also is welded to the base. Leaks won't occur here unless the welds are damaged through misuse. As another reviewer noted, the seals are very tight and it takes some weight to retract the piston. This can be an inconvenience, but I'd rather have tight seals than loose ones. It easily fits behind the rear seat of my F-350 and works well with the truck and toy hauler. Another reviewer claimed this was a piece of junk -- I haven't a clue what he's talking about. I now have 2 from Amazon. The box of the first was heavily damaged during shipping. It arrived undamaged but should have been packaged better. The box of the 2nd arrived in much better shape.

You get what you pay for. This is a heavy duty bottle jack. Works well, quality product. Due to the weight, the jack came a bit beat up from shipping. It’s just part of sending a 10lb jack in a cardboard box. However, the jack function flawlessly.

My cheap backup jack failed to work when I needed it so I ordered this one with 1 day delivery. It arrived 16 hours after I ordered it. Everything about this jack has a quality feel and it works smoothly up and down. Two things to note are 1) Since it is new, it is stiff to retract. So if you do not weigh over 200#, loan it to a friend to break it in and 2) With the pump on the side, it is too wide to slip into tighter places such as between dual wheels. For this second reason, this jack will be used in the press and the jack with the pump in line with the bottle gets to ride in the truck.

Jack was defective and didnt lower even after putting new hydraylic oil in. Going to the metal scrap yard

this broke within 1 week and 5 lifts, the piston on the handle mechanism broke. the hole in the piston is too large and does not leave enough steel for strength. bad design, junk for the price. also when i attempted to return it amazon gave me 20$ credit for shipping but it would have cost 38$ to return so i would lose on both ends. no word yet from amazon about this issue.

Based on one review a customer indicated that this product was made in Spain. So I took a chance and went for it. When I got it indeed it's made in Spain. So I gave it a test and it did its job lifting my F150. This jack is SOLIDly built and if I can give it six stars I would as it totally exceeded my expectation. People, this product though little known, does not appear in any reviews out there, and I don't know why, but get it if you can. The price is great and for something strong and safe. I don't think you should go for anything less, especially when safety is the main concern. All in all, a solidly built product at a great price.
