Is something missing?

I had purchased Osmo based on the recommendation of my grandson's occupational therapist. My grandson loves playing the Osmo games during therapy. I've got a question and don't know how to go about getting an answer. I'd ordered the Osmo base for the Kindle Fire tablet. It said it included two games: problem solving and creative drawing. I'd also ordered the Detective game and the Creative set, which included 3 games: Monster, Masterpiece and Newton. I hadn't realized that the Osmo base was to include two games until I was rereading the description details after I'd placed the order. Yesterday I received the Osmo base in a padded package. There were no games with it. I did receive the two other games I'd purchased, packed separately in another box. Was the Osmo base to include two games as stated in the description? I'd already figured out that I was going to have duplicate games if the base came with games and that I'd need to return the creative set and select two other games. Have I misunderstood the advertising details? I give Osmo 5 stars because it is an excellent product. Thank you for your help.

Great product but...

This is truly a unique and creative product! We got the Frozen II Super Studio as a gift and my six year old really enjoyed it and was in awe seeing her drawings come to life! We did have to buy the base on our own as we didn't own it already. There are separate apps for every game though, this was confusing at first and then clunky as the kids can't just easily change between activities. Only 4 stars as we will have to spend more money to get more to do with the system, so it will quickly become an expensive game but they do like it a lot!

6 year old loves it

We received one of the "games" as a gift, but it did not come as a kit with the Osmo base. After purchase we thought it was bit a bit gimmicky but it was not at all. Very educational, inspired my little one to think for herself. Every time she finished one, she would yell across the house "Daddy, Mommy, come look!" and be so proud. That itself is priceless. Overall the only disappointment i have with the company, is browsing Amazon at least, only thing i can find are one or two freestanding games. I'd love to be able to acquire the other "kits" without the Osmo included to reduce the price. Software is a bit clunky with the first sign up - and sign in, with all the codes. Once fully signed in though, it worked fine with no issues at all.

Red piece. Does not fit Amazon fire tablet completely.

Bought for Amazon fire tablet . Product states it works . It does work but however the red piece does not fit all the way.

osmo has held my kids attention longer than I expected...more games now and good educational tool

I previously gifted osmo games to young relatives, and they had fun with them for a while, eventually petering out a bit quicker than expected. As my kids have come to the osmo age range and have experience using it at school, they had it on their christmas wish list. We ordered an osmo starter set (base with a game) and several other games. With two kids, we needed another base and was happy they sold it separately as there wasn't another starter kit that made sense. We're three months in and my kids still love the osmo games, which is honestly longer than I thought they'd last. I thought the pizza parlor game would have the most re-play interest, but it's actually been the coding games that have held their interest the longest - coding awbie and coding duo

Setup was a pain

This base doesn’t include the correct reflector for the fire tablets and setup instructions were basically nonexistent. The few links referenced for setup didn’t even work. We’ve ordered the new reflector and will try again then, but so far more frustrated than impressed.

Great Gift

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our 7 year old Grandson along with the Pizza Co. game. He loves it and not only is it fun to play with but he is learning business strategy and making change and money. Terrific. Great that we will be able to add to it with other games as he grows older.

Osmo fancy pants

I ordered the fire tablet base and got sent the iPad base. They exchanged it right away and it's amazing. My 6 year old daughter loves it. It's crazy how it reflects the drawing. Super cool. Fancy pants!

Very good educational toy

I was worried that this toy was going to be too "school-like" and boring because its a STEM toy. My kid loves it. Its really cool how the osmo takes things that my kid has drawn on paper, and "pulls" them into the tablet so she can interact with it there. My kid thought it was the best thing ever. I highly recommend this toy. Get a white board or something erasable to use for the hands on part of the toy. We used so much paper, I felt bad for the trees we wasted.

Great for learning. Good phonics. Value ok but will need to buy all the other items to fully appreciate the OSMO use. Can be expensive!
