Item not as pictured

The media could not be loaded. It didn't come with the the stickers that go on the bottom of the toothbrush. I guess it's a newer model than the item pictured, because there wasn't a chameleon on the front of the box, either.

Great for an adult with small mouth

My dentist says I have the mouth of a 10 year old and I have small hands. This toothbrush is perfectly sized for me. The photo shows how much smaller it is than my old one. It is comfortable in my hand and has two speeds and timer. I love it!

Desperdicio de dinero

Compramos 2 cepillos de dientes eléctricos Oral-B Vitality para nuestros hijos a mediados de mayo. Se utilizaron y limpiaron exactamente de acuerdo con las instrucciones. Ahora, a mediados de agosto, ambos comenzaron a mostrar el mismo fallo con un par de días de diferencia: simplemente dejan de funcionar, estando completamente cargados. Nosotros intentamos reemplazar los cabezales pero esto tampoco resolvió el problema. Lamentablemente tampoco tienen garantía en México por lo que la compra fue inútil y resultó solamente en generación de basura y pérdida de dinero.

Black goo accumulates in brush head - so gross!

No matter how much rinsing and cleaning we did, no matter which toothpaste we tried or how often we changed the brush head, there was a constant accumulation of black goo in the brush head. It was disgusting! We contacted the manufacturer to inquire as to whether this was a common complaint or a defective brush, and their response was for us clean it thoroughly after every use. Very unhelpful as I had already described in detail the ridiculous amount of cleaning we were doing after each use. Who wants to spend more time cleaning their toothbrush, than actually brushing!?! We had to take a loss and we bought a Philips Sonicare instead - no more gross goo and no more extensive cleaning after each use!

they don't beep or light up at 2min

I thought they would beep or vibrate or do something when it's 2min. but no. they do have a timer, it vibrates every 30sec, so you have to count to the 4th vibration to know it's 2min. also, they don't have any light indicator to show the battery level, very often, they just die during brushing. I would say it's okay, but could be better with just a little bit more engineering work. I would pay a little bit more for a brush with exact 2min timer and a battery indicator.

Easy to use

It’s nice ,and works very well so far , it’s been only 2 weeks that I got it . It comes with charger and 1 head brush . However has plain blue Color , no fun for girls ???? It does not have any music like other oral B brushes that changes every 10 seconds. It does not come with fun stickers for kids . Over all it’s good brush !

Not as kid-friendly as the Cars or Frozen version

It is a fine toothbrush. The colour is simple, more appealing to older kids. It buzzes in 30-second interval instead of having a little musical tune at the 1-minute then the 2-minute mark like the Cars version kids toothbrush. This difference was NOT CLEAR in the product description. Luckily, my little boy was so happy to have his own electric toothbrush that he was willing to forgive its lack of catchy colours or the musical tunes. He is a bit disappointed about the lack of tunes though. As the parent, you have to listen carefully for the buzz or you will miss it and the brush head just keeps spinning.
