Great Customer Service!

After about 6 to 7 months, a hole started to develop in the top of the backpack where the main handle attached, and the right side shoulder strap started to come apart. Overall, this has been an excellent backpack. The real kudos goes to Callaway and OGIO. I called their customer service and they immediately offered to replace the backpack. They made the return process for the old backpack extremely easy. I gave them a five star rating because it was an outstanding experience to deal with their customer service and the ease of being able to exchange the backpack.

Wells designed backpack!

The backpack has all the key features that I demanded. Lots of pockets inside and out to keep everything organized and easy to access. It has a trolley strap, so it fits over my suitcase and a chest strap for when I am warning. Good construction and material ... everything I demand!

Great traveling pack

This is a large versatile pack. That was my target and it works. For the money, be certain you want a pack of this size and versatility. I can use it for my work with room left over. I can travel with it. I can camp with it, fish with it. It simply adapts to what I need with margin for extras. When my wife borrows it, she isn't as big of a fan. She loves when we travel but for her typical use it is overkill and with so many compartments she finds herself guessing what is where. I have a smaller simpler leather pack that she prefers to use. My only complaint would be I get tired of black as the choice of better packs. I do wish there was a liner or even light built in that would allow contrast, it is so large it does feel a bit like a black hole. What can I carry with room to spare? Large laptop (15 inch) Water bottles, phone, charging battery for phone and iPad, iPad, pack jacket, note books, books, glasses and sunglasses, keys, wallet, pens, a puppy or 2 kittens, pocket knife, snacks, gum, AA batteries, small flashlight, leatherman, spare shirt, baseball hat, wife's stuff, and still have room for more. It fits well with proper adjustment, adjustments stay in place even with heavier load and it is easy to readjust for next load. I have never had a "cool" (temperature) pack but I have had hot ones. This one has been as cool as my coolest (temperature) pack that it replaced. Seams, stitching and zippers all hold up well, zippers stay zipped and are easy to open when I want them to. I don't know if the manufacturer is ok with this but it washes well in the washer when I put it in with jeans or towels and dries out very easily afterwards. I don't think I'd call it water proof, but it has had a dunk and kept stuff dry and been in heavy rain and shed the rain off better than I expected. It never absorbed water in either situation which I was grateful for. But, I may have just been lucky as well. It does become less stiff and more comfortable after a week or two of use.

Worth every penny

This backpack was my very first Amazon Prime purchase over 10 years ago, this thing has held gas cans riding dirt bikes down a frozen river, served as my school backpack in trade school and has been through every airport in the country as a traveling aircraft mechanic (so it's been full of tools) as my personal item, its never had my electronics damaged, the years of wear and tear are catching up to it, it's not unusable in the least, but I work as a professional for the airlines and the holes and tares don't fit my role, as why I've looked it up again, due to life not being as rough on things now I'm in my 30s I expect this next one to last forever. And if it doesn't this is the only thing that will ever replace it, it's come to work with me nearly every day for years after the wear and tear of being a dirt bike accessory 100% recomend, it also stays closed on a street bike at high speeds, the photo is of the 10 year old bag, you can't even see the holes from this view there in the sides where the straps attach

A Ton of Pockets!

This is by far the best backpack I have purchased (the most expensive for work), beside the Osprey backpack I use for hiking. I put my computer, iPad, work related papers and notepads. Chargers, cords, business cards and much MUCH more. This will clearly last for a long time as the materials are all very high quality.

Gamibit vs. Renegade

I bought both the renegade and gamibit and ended up keeping the gamibit and returning the renegade. Honestly both bags are almost identical with the exception of the laptop compartment as other reviews mention. The renegade only zips down a partial of the way and is very tight which i guess would give better protection for your laptops/ipads, however, in the 25+ years i have been traveling for business, i have never had a laptop broken because of my backpack so i would rather have a laptop compartment that is more accessible. Other than that, i cant tell the difference between the two. The Gamibit even has the the luggage handle sleeve which the one i bought in 2017 didnt. Thats actually why i tried the renegade first because i didnt think the gamibit had that. Oh, and the Gamibit was about $50 cheaper so im not sure why anyone would purchase the renegade. IMHO

Exactly what I was looking for in a backpack.

Liked the way all of the zippers work as well as all of the pockets. It allow for multiple configurations. This is a great backpack for the service work I do.

l'articolo è arrivato in ritardo! Ora ho ricevuto uno zaino difettoso come puoi vedere, nella parte inferiore dello zaino, il tessuto è strappato. Partirò molto presto, non ho tempo per rispedire lo zaino (non è una spedizione prime mi viene chiesto di spedirlo al venditore). NON CONSIGLIO IL VENDITORE. in tutti gli zaini c'è un posto dove metti il tuo laptop e lo chiudi bene. L'area è molto più piccola di un laptop da 17 pollici!!! Nella migliore delle ipotesi un laptop da 13 pollici può entrare in quella piccola tasca. Questo zaino non è stato progettato correttamente. È molto pesante! 1,6 kg e non 997 grammi. Il manico, ha un tessuto speciale su di esso. Quando tocco la maniglia, ho una brutta sensazione. Il tocco è duro. Non lo consiglio. Dopo che avrò finito il mio viaggio urgente, lo metterò nel cestino dei rifiuti, dove appartiene davvero.

Prodotto non perfettamente aderente alle specifiche

Zaino dalla qualità costruttiva ineccepibile assemblato con materiali di qualità, assolutamente capiente. Non soddisfatto di alcune caratteristiche che riporto di seguito: - la tasca interna adibita al trasporto dei laptop è troppo piccola per il mio portatile da 13" e devo usare la "zona laptop" senza poter bloccare il computer con l'apposito elastico (resta comunque protetto) - il modello che mi è stato inviato contrariamente alle immagini non ha la tasca anteriore posizionata sulla bretella per il trasporto del telefono/player mp3 con relativo foro per il passaggio degli auricolari (presumo sia il modello precedente) e questa è la cosa che più mi infastidisce. Per il resto direi un buon prodotto, leggermente più largo rispetto ai classici zaini, aderisce bene alla schiena e fa si che venga assunta una postura corretta quando lo si porta sulle spalle, ottima la capienza interna cosi come il numero e la tipologia di tasche (eccetto quella per il trasporto del laptop come gia detto) per riporre tutti gli oggetti desiderati.

Per lunghi viaggi: fantastico!

E' uno zaino sopra la media, ECCELLENTE. Non costa poco (100 euro di media), ma il prezzo e' in linea con la concorrenza. Quello che e' NETTAMENTE sopra la concorrenza e' il senso di robustezza che danno i materiali. E' MOLTO solido e robusto. Le tasche sono tante e tutte messe nei punti giusti. Non e' uno zaino da tutti i giorni, le dimensioni sono generose, ma la capacita' (35 litri!!! dal sito della casa madre) ne fanno uno degli zaini piu' capienti, e considerato il peso, poco piu' di 1.2 kg, ne fanno uno dei piu' leggeri nella sua fascia di prezzo/tipologia. E' quello col miglior rapporto peso/capienza. Non e' adatto a fare escursioni nel bosco, e' un po' rigido le imbottiture per il PC sono ben presenti, ma per un we in aereo o in treno o ecc, quando dovete portarvi via abiti e PC, e' la scelta vincente. Potete mettere tutto dentro e avere solo questo (certo, pesera', ma sara' pratico). In piu' e' delle dimensioni corrette per essere usato come bagaglio a mano in aereo (e' presente una stampigliatura apposita sul dorso dello zaino) e ha una fascia sul dorso per infilarlo nella maniglia di un eventuale trolley. Concludendo: Per lunghi viaggi? IL TOP! Non lo cambiero' piu'! Daily? Consiglio il Bandit 17, della stessa marca. Praticamente lo stesso zaino, ma 5 litri di capienza in meno, tasche leggermente diverse, meno di 1 kg di peso e le dimensioni giuste per essere usato tutti i giorni.

fantastico. è uno zaino versatile e che può essere usato per tutto, da come semplice bagaglio a mano (dove dentro entra comodamente lo stesso contenuto di un piccolo trolley) a zaino per deporre laptop con cavi e tante altre cose elettroniche ben protette da possibili urti e ovviamente scartoffie di seguito per università o uffici. a prima vista potrebbe sembrare un po troppo voluminoso ma effettivamente è proprio il suo punto di forza. in tutto questo ci stanno un sacco di tasche per conservare dibtutto, ci sta anche una tasca rigida per conservare gli occhiali senza avere la costante ansia di romperli... credo che sia di gran lunga il mio miglior acquisto su amazon. lo consiglio!!

MOCHILA FAVORITA

Me ENCANTA esta mochila estaba indeciso de comprarla, pero desde que me llego y la tuve en mis manos me enamore de ella, su capacidad de almacenamiento, compartimientos, calidad de materiales y detalles de manufactura son excelentes. Muy comoda, se mantiene en posicion vertical sola, cuida y protege tus dispositivos electronicos muy bien, laptops, celulares, tablets hasta lentes, etc. Recomiendo 1000% la compra de esta mochila.
