Pillow is nice looking and feels great but picked in multiple places. One spot really bad

Love the pillow! ONLY problem is that it has been picked in multiple places. Looks nice, feels great! But not paying for something that is already messed up. Hopefully this will be corrected. Placed a replacement order already, so we'll see.
