terrible customer service

I ordered this hat. they gave it like a 3 week lead time which is way different than all of their other hats. They ended up cancelling the order and keeping my money. Thankfully i did order this off of Amazon and they refunded my money to me. I have ordered straight from the company as well and the shipping charges are insane. The hats themselves are great and i like them for warm weather hunting.
