Sizing is too small

I purchased a size 9 and it fits like a size 7 or 8. Had to be forcing my foot down in the sandals for it to look as if it fits (which is very uncomfortable) but if I should relax my foot in it, my heel back would hang off. It's a cute sandals but had to return.

I literally just put my foot in and it instantly started hurting. Received and returned on the same day. I’m kinda disappointed. The shoes are really and the sizing was fine for my wide feet. But babyyy the pain isn’t worth it
