I have a couple dozen Nerf blasters but this is the first time I had to review one!

I only have this for one day so far. I have never had a Nerf blaster this accurate before. I am consistently hitting a target the size of a quarter from 12 feet away with this blaster. I have not adjusted the sight at all since unboxing. I don't know if this will degrade over time, mine is still brand new. I don't know if I got a one of a kind magical Nerf blaster. All I know is that I have never been so satisfied with a Nerf blaster's accuracy before and target shooting is how I personally enjoy these toys. I have no one to war with so plinking is what I got. If you are a plinker too GET THIS TOY! One major caveat though. The magazine for this blaster is proprietary to this line alone. By that I mean even other Nerf mags on the market will not work with this blaster because of a design change that *can* be modded, but why? Hopefully Hasbro will sell aftermarket mags that work with these new precision blasters. It was a poor decision to do this IMHO especially when there are no new Hasbro magazines that can be purchased separately to allow for ready to load extra mags. Not going to take a star away for this but only because the blaster itself is so superb.

Good gun, but iron sights are unnecessary

First of all, this is a nerf gun, so the iron sights are a fun gimmick that doesn’t really serve much of a purpose. The stock is also quite small. Besides all that, it barely rattles, and it is fun to use and hits hard

Weak plastic

As a trend foe Nerf the plastic quality in this blaster is poor. Skip out on this line and buy some older models of rival.

A great blaster for all purposes!

This blaster has it all, easy priming, magazine fed, and reliable accuracy. The only gripes that I have are that the stock is a little short, but not unusable, and there aren't any extra magazines included. Other than that, it's a perfect rival blaster, one of the best stock ones you can buy!

My favorite Rival so far

I love this, got it with 2 other Rival types to shoot my friends around the house and outside. It shoots hard and it feels comfortable to hold. Its my favorite pump Rival from Nerf so far. Looking forward to seeing more, Rival definitely needs more blaster options. I hope to see one similar to this but that can hold a bit more, Been thinking Nerf should combine two regular mags together as one. making it 24 round mags. That would be perfect for a single shot electric one rather than a pump action like this.

This is the best nerf gun I’ve ever bought. Crazy accurate, easy to calibrate, just super good for the $34 price tag (or $23 with prime) if you want to get a nerf gun, this is the one for you!

The Alphatrooper of the Nerf Rival line.

Works just like an Alphatrooper/Accutrooper. However stock is not removable. Accuracy is standard Rival accuracy. Nothing wonky or exceptional.
