Great looking stool
Stool looks and feels great. We had an issue with one of the footing but that was resolved with the team at Nathan James. Excellent customer service from this company!

Quick to Put Together and Sturdy Too!
We purchased four of these stools about a year ago, and they have held up pretty wonderfully over that time. My children really prefer to sit on them for breakfasts, snacks, and homework time. They are padded and comfortable, and with sliders on them, fit right under the countertop. I have had a few of the screws fall out or loosen over time, but the stools are light enough that I can quickly flip them up on the countertop, tighten things up, and get the stool right back in place.

Stylish and Sturdy
The media could not be loaded. Great saddle style barstools. So easy to put together. Nice size and comfy seats. I added felt pads to the bottom of each leg to keep it quiet when pulling out and to protect the floor.

Screws keep falling off
I wanted something neutral and stool that would fit under my kitchen bar. The style is 10/10 but the stability of them is 4/10. The screws will fall of from the bottom and I recommend you get some kind of furniture cover for the legs as they tend to scrape the floor really loud.

Love them!
I searched for months for the perfect stools for our kitchen counter. These fit what I needed perfectly - the right height, right depth (so they would slide under the counter) and quality style (not cheap). Very happy with these!

Good, but...
Looks good at my kitchen island. The chairs slide across my wood floors even with me sitting on it. I wish that wasn't the case - my kitchen has just been upgraded with pretty high end finishes, but I'm not ready for high-end stools because I have a toddler who likes to climb and touch things with dirty hands. I'll try to find a reasonable solution at home.

Look and Customer Sevice
Product was what I wanted and served the purpose of my full kitchen remodel. But recently the chairs feet broke and I seen they had a life time warranty. I completed the warranty information and they sent the replacement chairs not pieces completely new chairs in less than 3 weeks. Took that long because I was bad at answering my emails :)
