Not comfortable

Unfortunately the straps are very stiff and rough and irritated my feet immediately when I tried them on.

Two different size shoes!

They were the DiDi sandals I ordered in the exact color, but only the right shoe was the 7.5 Narrow I ordered. The left one was a 7.5 Wide! EGAD! And I couldn’t get an exchange or reorder because they are out of stock. And no one to speak with, either. I cannot find this anywhere else . . . all unavailable. This shoe was the only style I found that fit well. What is a mother-of -the-groom to do? ????
