What a bargain for $13

Very good quality. Trick to good install. Make sure that the template is nice and flat and stretched out. Then take a punch and punch holes in spots where screws are suppose to go before drilling pilot holes. Also, use blue painters tape to tape template to mounting surface before punching holes.

Really Great Toilet Paper Mount

This thing has great fit and finish. It's made from heavy, solid metal that doesn't feel flimsy or hollow. Mounting was super easy with the included paper template (you will need a drill). It's a little wider than a standard roll of TP but oh well. This is so much better than the old style of spring loaded holder.

A bit hard to install

I've installed a lot of bathroom accessories over the years with little difficulty. This one gave me fits. First, because this is a flip up TP holder, you need to be very precise about your measurement. Give yourself a little extra since it won't operate correctly is it's too close. Secondly, I'd get the parts mounted only to find that the wouldn't stay on the wall. A few tries and I got it sorted out, but frustrating none the less.

Nice, quality TP holder!

I had a standard toilet paper dispenser with the spring loaded bar. When installed one end was just a tad too far from the other side and so it kept dropping the roll and spring loaded bar. SO, I removed it and patched up the wall. Installing this new toilet paper holder was simple (although somehow one side had the drill holes not quite vertical, most likely my error), I was still able to install that side even if it was somewhat wonky and you couldn't tell it was slightly crooked :-). I love that to replace toilet paper I only have to lift the bar, put the roll on and lower it back into place. No more dropping the stupid spring loaded bar on the floor with the toilet paper (big deal when you have a male teenager who can't seem to aim). It's so easy maybe my family will replace the roll for once (yeah, not holding much hope on that one). The holder feels heavy and well made, like it might actually be metal and not metallic painted plastic... It also has a nice smooth finish to it (I got the chrome finish).

Why aren't all TP holders like this?!

This is such a nice TP holder. It makes changing and holding your rolls simple. Kids can even change the roll easily. Why aren't all holders made this way instead of the spring loaded tube?

Replaced a broken toilet paper holder and I love this one. It is SO easy to change compared to the ones with the springs. At first I thought it may be overkill because it's not THAT hard to change the spring loaded ones, but I'm glad I did it. It's just so much faster. I used to get annoyed about always being the one to change the TP and now I kind of think to myself, "ha...this is easy- and a little fun to use- at least for the first couple months. I'm guessing the fun may wear off eventually." ha ha

Easy to install!

This is my second one I bought to replaced an older toilet paper spring holder with this brushed nickel pivoting one! It works great for the larger rolls like Costco and rolls off much better then the old one! Simple roll changing with no effort. It was easy to install as they give you a paper template that is easy to read and understand and wall plugs for mounting and tool for fastening.. Moen’s fit and finish that you come to expect from this company are excellent!

Stylish and functional

I really like that you just have to lift the arm in order to put on a new roll. Very easy for kids and adults alike to operate. It is a nice looking product as well.
