Works for my generic faucet

I have a generic faucet from the 70s. No clue of the brand. The handle broke, so I took a chance and bought this one and another model of different brand hoping one of them would work. This one did. I just had to take off the disk at the metal top from the original faucet to put this one in. Now it looks so new that I may have to replace the other one from dual sink to match how sparkling new this one looks.

Exactly the knob I needed.

Too many years ago, I bought a replacement knob for my Moen lavatory faucet from my nearby big box hardware and lumber store. It looked just like the broken original one - but really, it wasn't. That replacement's packaging gave just a part number and a model name, but no description of the *type* or unit that it was designed to fit, and it turned out to be for a shower control. Installed on the lav faucet, it worked, but it would spin through a full 360 degrees, and didn't stay tight properly. This week, the valve needed to be replaced, and I decided to order what looked like the right knob along with the new valve - and at last the faucet's operation is completely back to normal.

Well made and definitely excellent quality material in this knob.

The process was simple, easy to do and took only about a minute to complete. No need to turn off the water, as the knob doesn't require you to do anything except slip it over the end of the Moen 1225 cartridge. Once installed, the operation of the knob should be smooth and without any extra force needed to turn, push, or pull it. I was very pleased with how easy the replacement of the old knob with the new knob went.

Easy to pop-on!

Makes my sink look like new! I had an old scratched, rusted sink stopper and didn't want to have to replace the whole sink. This fit into it easily after taking out the old stopper and pushing on this new one.

Genuine Moen. Perfect fit on Chateau lavatory faucet.

If you're a cheapskate, these are not for you. Even I, a buyer of name-brand, top quality items, willing to spend the money for the correct item flinched at the price for these. However, once they arrived and were installed, I can say they really are things of beauty. They come with the correct hardware. If you have the means, I highly recommend these to brighten up your bathroom sink.
