Safety first, proven again and again

I play in my wood shop almost every day. I am retired and do pretty good work, but I’ve come to regard safety as an increasingly important issue. I work alone most of the time, so I don’t have anybody to look out for silly mistakes. Despite being reasonably careful I keep sawing up these safety pushers again and again. I think I’m on my third round of leg pad replacements for the pair of saw stock pushers I own. I’ll keep them in shape, though, for the sake of my fingers. The Micro-jig pushers work well and have undoubtedly saved me several ER visits.

Nice to have

It's easy to misjudge or just make a mistake on these items when you're not used to using them, so having replacement parts for others you've sawed through is a good idea. A bit expensive.

Use on table saw, works great. Like because I keep hands away from blade. Got these as replacement for the ones I cut. Would recommend to anyone that needs push blocks

Great Safety addition to the woodshop

The Grr-Ripper is a wonderful safety tool. I would not do any wood ripper sawing without it. It is expensive but so is a trip to the doctor with a life-long hand injury. The micro three leg set adds to the safety and is very useful to repair the master unit as it will wear with age. If you are serious about safety in the shop and want your partner to have peace of mind as you rip boards on the table saw or work with a router in a table, get this tool! I have been sawing boards since high school and never felt safer.

Good Grip!

I bought my Grippers ages ago. I have used and abused them. I finally had to change a set of pads! This kit fits perfectly. I like the bed wedge design on the centre block locks.

Good replacement set

So I needed to replace the gripping surfaces on my Grr-ripper as I inadvertently cut into them on my tablesaw. These obviously fit perfectly. I dropped one star as I think the cost is too high for what it is.

Great set for replacing those pads where you "might" have made that one (well at least one) silly mistake that reduces the effectiveness of your standard Gripper.
