It is inexpensive, gets the job done, but it is not without its flaws . . .
I needed to resurface an old French carbon steel pan, and this brush was up to the task as a knotted brush would've been too aggressive. It sure beat having to brush the pan manually, as I was done in minutes. However, the brush wasn't able to easily get in between tightly spaced handle rivets without having to bear down. That's where it began shedding a bunch of wires. After reading the reviews, that was totally expected. At the price point, I was willing to deal with a little bit of cleanup at the end, so long as it did its job.

Just so so
We bought these to clean up products we repair scuffing paint and cleaning the exterior of the aluminum. I have bought 50-60 of these in the last month or month and a half. One of our employees said he was able to buff six of the items and the brush was worn out. The items are roughly 12” tall, 7 inches deep and 10” wide. You must wear a full welding jacket, leather gloves, face shield. They did do the job but their lifespan is ridiculously short. Little short wires litter the floor and our box of scrap metal is full of these. Changing to another product manufacture until our sandblasting cabinet arrives. If you’re tinkering in the garage occasionally these are inexpensive compared to Weiler or Pferd but if you intend on using them a lot, don’t waste your money.

Doesn't fit
The female threads don't match my machine. I got sick by time I was back on my feet its to late send back. So I'm stuck with a new paper weight

OxY clean has nothing on this!
Do you have stubborn stains your detergent just can't get out I bet this nightmare will take it out! I put this on my bench grinder in my shop, i've been wearing out regular wire brushes too frequently and thought a twisted wire like this would last me longer. I believe it's gonna last a few minutes more. Rust, paint, Grime, grease all you have to do is barely touch your part or tool the wire wheel and it's gone! It's quite impressive the speed to which it removes years of rust down to bare metal in seconds! Always remember to wear your glasses and your gloves especially with this one. It's awesome!

Pretty versatile
Stiff enough to knock off surface rust. But flexible enough to control and avoid damage to your sheet metal. The strands are not falling out either (other than one or two per use, which is expected).
