I tried Mary Ellen Products Best Press Starch Alternative, Cherry Blossom scent, starch due to some reviews I had read. I just wasn't impressed with this starch.

Good product, cheap foil seal

The media could not be loaded. First time ordering Best Press via mail as shops near me do not have the cherry scent. Not happy! Foil seal and cap appear to be cheaply made as I opened the delivery envelope to the solution leaking out of the bag. Upon further inspection, the foil seal wasn't even attached to the bottle. It was completely separated and in the top of the lid. Also, the bottle has a big dent in it. Furthermore, I've had several items delivered in the past and never had a seal completely off the bottle, leaving me with the solution inside leaking out of the delivery bag onto my clothing.

Best Press is a must for any sewing room!

I absolutely love this stuff! I do a lot of quilting and Best Press stabilizes my cotton, eliminates ALL the wrinkles and it smells good. The scent is very light and vanishes quickly. I cannot imagine my sewing studio being without a back up bottle of Ellen's Best Press in it. I have no business connections with this company .... I just like their product.

Smells go and works!

This product has a very pleasant smell and stiffens my fabric very good for piecing my quilt blocks!

Great for readying fabric for sewing.

Adds a nice crispness to fabric and removes wrinkles. I use it on all of my cotton fabrics before cutting out my patterns.

Love the smell

Love the smell. Has a light fragrance that is not to sweet. Love Best Press when you want to get rid of wrinkles, even deep wrinkles.

It is aromatically pleasing, but lacking in "WOW" for ironing.

I thought I would be getting something that would make all of my ironing ills fade away. That wasn't the case, however, and find it to be just a step above water and that is due to its light, pleasant scent. I'll still use it, because it's already in the spray bottle, but I don't think I'll be purchasing more.

Love this!

Since I started using this, I no longer use spray starch. This is perfect, doesn’t leave white stuff behind and doesn’t build up on my iron.
