Great for Rain

I have used MARMOT jackets and pants for years as they are light and waterproof. These pants are easy to get in and out of because they open on the sides.

Too Short

I'm 5"4', and these pants are way too short for me. Returned.

Just like to pants I've worn all these years

I've worn Marmot Precip pants and jackets for many years on birdwatching expeditions to protect me from the wind and the rain. When my last pair wore out (more than 10 years of use) I ordered these and the next birding trip was dark, windy, cold, and rainy. They worked just like always--not only shedding the weather, but lightweight enough to wear all day, scrambling in and out of the car, stopping for lunch, etc.

Great pants

Love this product, this is my second pair. The first pair lasted 4 years through tuff work outside.

Zipper does not fully separate

The zipper will unzip from the top or unzip from the bottom, but it does not completely separate. this means that you have to step your muddy boots through the hole in the pants leg.

Easy to put on

I ordered these because my partner has a pair and one of my pet hates about over trousers is getting them filthy putting them on. These open at the side and will come completely undone, if necessary to make putting them on really simple... and clean.

Perfect

I checked this under the rainnig today. It is perfect to protect water under today's two hour bicycle riding under the rain and it is not humidity inside. It might be the secret of the white fabric inside, I suppose. Next time, I would like to buy the Jacket of the series.

Perfect all rounders for all outdoors

Light, comfortable and very easy to dry off. Perfect for those wet dog walking days and not getting in as wet as the dog! Brilliant!!

Perfect pants for active travel in cold conditions

Used these pants for my trip in Antarctica. Perfect as a shell layer for cold conditions. Highly recommended.
