Both the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shining and moisturized
I have used both shampoo and conditioner prior to ordering this set. The products are great, however neither tube was sealed. Both were wrapped in plastic and in a box. The shampoo leaked all over the inside of the plastic since the lid came loose and I ended up with about 1/2 of a tube of shampoo. A little pricey for that amount.

I love the grow long and strong products. I tried this version, and I have fine thin hair. It really weighed down my hair and made it look greasy. Just not for me. If you have thicker coarse hair, it may work for you. But if you have fine hair, I would definitely skip this!

Shipping sucks!
Product is always awesome, but it was sent in very minimum packaging. I was crushed by the driver and unusable. I was highly disappointed because I love the product.

Nice but mine had a hole in it
Love the scent and the way it makes my hair feel but my conditioner bottle has a slice on the top of it. I can't squeeze it out the right spot bc it pours out the top

Product was busted open
Ordered one and the shipment was lost. Ordered again and the shampoo was completely busted open. Ordered a replacement and it was busted open again and product is leaked all over packaging. It's a shame because I like the product. I feel it makes my hair feel like it has so much body. I'll be returning and just going to the store for something else. 3 strikes and you are out.

I love it
I tried it on vacation at my friend’s place. The water there is harder than at my place and this worked so well that I just had to buy some for myself. The first time I bought it I noticed a big slice in the top of the tube and I lost more than half the product. They sent me a new one immediately which just made me like them even more.

Wonderful on dry hair
My hair is extremely dry and dull and this shampoo n conditioner made my hair look lively .. Love the scent too. Not too overpowering
